房間很敞亮，通風換氣非常好，每日服務員人認真打掃，還可以在賓館前台訂購來回撫遠到俄羅斯哈巴羅夫斯克的跨國兩日或三日遊行程，價格還比較便宜！

賓館衞生整潔乾淨，位置佳出行方便，距東極魚市900米，出門向左一直走就可以了，魚市旁邊就是早市，早上可以去逛逛，很有特色。賓館贈送的早餐券很實惠，兩個人吃完全夠用，早餐店品種豐富，光粥品就有好幾樣，下次還會再來。

在網上預訂了這家賓館，入住後感覺非常好，老闆熱情好客，服務周到，親自來接我們到賓館，當天賓館有一批旅行社的客人要入住，老闆怕其他客人吵到我們，特意免費為我們升級了房間，我帶的葯需要冰箱冷藏，老闆熱情地幫我放在賓館的冰箱裏，還幫忙冷凍了4瓶礦泉水，我離店時帶在路上對葯進行保温，早餐品種很多，很豐富，味道不錯，極力推薦大家來體驗。
