"الجلوس في كل مكان جيد جدا اصطاد شخص غير مؤهل حيث كان يبدأ الكلب في الثالثة فجرا حتى الخامسة عصرا و كان الكلب يطرق الباب مرة ثانية حتى الساعة الخامسة بعد ظهرا و مالك الكلب ما زال يدخن عند مدخلنا بسبب عزل الصوت بين الباب صراحة لا تستطيع الكلام بشكل جيد و خاصة المياه في الفندق اخذت المجموعة من السياح مسروقة و الفطور ايضا هذا ما حصل و ساعدنا السياح في التنقل، ولم نتناول الفطور."

"The room light kept turning on and off in the middle of the night, it was terrifying. I contacted the front desk and they arranged for a repairman, who said the room key control system was broken and they didn't have a replacement yet. I took the room key out and went to sleep around 2 a.m."

"Driving here was super easy, with a huge free parking lot where you can park anywhere. It's just a ten-minute drive to the Grand Canyon scenic area, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The service was excellent; both the owner and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, proactively helping us with our luggage as soon as we arrived. The room had a great design and excellent facilities; the hotel has an elevator, and the lobby is spacious and grand. The room had high ceilings, so it didn't feel cramped at all, and the solid wood furniture felt luxurious. The two 1.5-meter beds were exceptionally comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable; the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, the smart toilet was very convenient, the bedding was spotless, and the lighting was soft and warm. You could see the mountains from the balcony, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, with cold and hot dishes, porridge, milk – everything! There were also local specialties like baursaks and milk tea, and the tomato noodles were delicious. The environment was fantastic; the backyard was a pleasant surprise, with an Instagram-worthy mirror frame that was perfect for photos. You can watch the sunrise in the morning, the sunset in the evening, and at night, the sky is filled with a dazzling array of stars. There's also a small path directly to the Irtysh River, where a quiet walk by the river is wonderfully therapeutic."

The staff are attentive and responsible, and incredibly caring – they even prepare food for stray cats near the hotel, which is wonderful! I'll definitely choose this compassionate hotel again next time."

"Chinese (Han) hotels are usually very good throughout China. This is not a Chinese Han hotel and is the worst accommodation I've ever come across in this country (and I've been visiting China since 2012). Upon entering my room there was a bloody tissue in the toilet and urine on the seat and the room is very old, tired and dirty. The "wardrobe" is broken and the hangars are pilled at the base collecting dust. The breakfast which I attended one time (that was enough) had nothing to drink....no water, no tea, no drinks whatsoever, and it is the first hotel in China where they dont provide water in the room. Crazy. Most of the bedroom outlets were broken and the aggressive Kazak/Uyrghur "cleaning staff" constantly bang on the door when you tell them "NO!" and on my second day they unlocked my door (the lock clearly doesnt work) and swung it open smiling at me. They then wouldnt leave so I had to slam the door to get rid of them. It is the most disgusting place I've been in this country and they should have their tourist license revoked. I was also locked out my room twice as every day the card would reset and so I had to return from the 5th floor back to reception to re-enter my room! The building only looks nice from the outside, it is complete foolery and just a derelict shell within. Absolutely grim."

"Staying at the Mutian Garden Hotel was an absolutely fantastic experience, a solid five-star! Parking was stress-free with a huge, complimentary parking lot. Its location is perfect, only a ten-minute drive to the Grand Canyon, saving us a lot of time and effort getting around. The service was incredibly warm and attentive; the staff were so enthusiastic and proactively helped us with our large luggage. The rooms are well-designed with great facilities, and the hotel has an elevator, making it easy for both seniors and children to move between floors. The room itself was spacious with comfortable ceiling height, not at all stuffy, and the two 1.5-meter beds were ample for the whole family to rest. The entire room was spotless, and the bathroom had a three-part wet/dry separation with a comfortable smart toilet. The bedding was clean and fresh, and the soft lighting made for a very relaxing atmosphere. From the balcony, we had expansive views of the distant mountains. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, catering to both adults and children. The authentic Xinjiang Boursak and milk tea were wonderful, and our child especially loved the tomato noodles. The hotel's backyard had a fantastic ambiance, perfect for photos. We watched the sunrise in the morning, chased the sunset in the evening, and admired the starry night sky. A stroll along the quiet path to the Irtysh River was peaceful and therapeutic. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!"
