"The room was spacious and very clean. The shower had excellent water pressure, which I really appreciated. The soundproofing was also great, allowing for a very comfortable night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; they even brought us hot tea after we returned from skiing. The laundry room had four washing machines and four dryers, all of which were fast! It was a very pleasant stay."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, and GPS navigation leads you right to it. There's a huge parking lot on site with plenty of space, so you don't have to worry about parking if you're driving. The hotel facilities are excellent, including an elevator, and everything is well-maintained. The room was clean, well-designed, and spotless, showing how meticulous the cleaning staff are. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The soundproofing in the room was outstanding, and you could even cast content from your phone to the TV to binge-watch shows. The service was fantastic; the owner and staff were incredibly welcoming. As soon as I arrived, they proactively helped me with my luggage. They were so friendly and warm, just like family. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with a full range of cold dishes, hot dishes, and comforting porridges – all homemade and delicious. The environment is lovely; the backyard garden is absolutely stunning, with many tourists taking photos on the swings. The Irtysh River is also nearby. You can watch the sunrise in the morning, enjoy the sunset in the evening, and look up at a sky full of dazzling stars at night. The hotel even has a lively dog named Lucky and a soft Ragdoll cat named Tangdou; petting them in your free time is incredibly therapeutic. My entire stay was absolutely perfect."

"The ceiling of Xinjiang hotels! I was really surprised~ It was my first time in Xinjiang and my first time skiing in Keketuohai. I was worried that the supporting facilities here would not keep up, so I booked this newly opened hotel that looked great! Then there were so many unexpected good things~ 1) The hardware is really online, the room is large and comfortable to live in; the bedding and bath products are very good, and there are even washing machines and humidifiers, which are very good~ 2) The service is really really good! The housekeeper Baina's service is completely pampered here~ I really responded to all my requests in the 3 days here; 3) I think Keketuohai is a rising skiing star, and a good hotel is really important! This one does a great job 4) The hotel service is very good. After placing an order on Ctrip, the hotel has a dedicated butler who will contact you and add WeChat to patiently inform you of the hotel check-in matters, so you won't have any worries about the trip 5) The most important thing is to talk about the service in Xinjiang. It is rare to see such meticulous and advanced services in Xinjiang. The butler Baina will help us make some preparations in advance. Our ski bags arrived in advance, and she helped us collect them and put them in the room in advance. She will respond to any needs at any time. The Hantian brand is indeed worth recommending to skiers."

"I came during the snowy season and had a lot of stuff, staying for half a month, so I chose a bigger room. The overall environment was very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were also very clean, and the drainage worked perfectly. The room didn't have any new renovation smell either. The front desk and service staff were all very polite and would greet me when they saw me. The only thing I felt was lacking and could be improved is providing a freestanding clothes rack for long-term guests, especially if you're coming to ski in the winter, as clothes are thick and bulky. The two existing wall-mounted hooks offer limited space. Everything else was very satisfactory."

"The hotel offers a huge, free parking lot, making it very convenient to park. Its location is excellent, just a 10-minute drive to Keketuohai Grand Canyon, which makes sightseeing incredibly easy. The service was a pleasant surprise; the owner is genuinely warm and enthusiastic, and the staff are attentive and meticulous. From the moment we walked in, they proactively helped us with our luggage and patiently explained the room amenities. The lobby is spacious and grand, and the well-appointed rooms have a thoughtful design. There's even an elevator, making for a particularly comfortable stay. The rooms boast high ceilings, feeling open and bright throughout. The solid wood furniture has a premium feel, and the two incredibly soft and comfortable 1.5-meter beds were perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless, and the bedding was as good as new. The lighting was soft and soothing. The bathroom features a well-designed three-way wet/dry separation, keeping it clean and dry, and the smart toilet significantly elevated the living experience. The balcony offered expansive views of the continuous snow-capped mountains – a truly beautiful and calming landscape. Breakfast was bountiful and impressive, not just an afterthought. It included hot dishes, cold dishes, congee, and milk. The authentic Xinjiang Boursaki and milk tea were delicious, and their signature tomato noodles were fragrant and tasty. The hotel's back garden is a hidden gem, perfect for photos, especially with stunning views in the morning and evening. The starry sky at night was vast and romantic, and a quiet path leads directly to the Erqis River, where a stroll along the bank is peaceful and healing."

"Before coming to Coco, I made a guide and said that the restaurant of "Jiyuhe Hantian Hotel" in Coco had rich food. At the end of the five-day trip, I must say: "It is worthy of the name and worth the trip"! 👍 Breakfast not only has delicious "tofu brain and fried dumplings", but even the fried dough sticks are made and fried by the hotel itself, not semi-finished products from the supermarket! These details reflect the hotel staff's love for work and their serious and responsible attitude. As for the hotel environment, facilities, and room hygiene services, they fully meet the standards of a five-star hotel. Especially Kaka, Baina, Dirk and the unknown electrician at the front desk, the service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous.
