There were several cockroaches in the room. On the first night, I found a cockroach in the room and immediately contacted the hotel front desk to deal with it. They changed our room. After changing rooms, I opened my suitcase and found another cockroach that had crawled into my suitcase at some point! ! The hotel staff said this was the first time they encountered cockroaches. (But later I looked through the negative reviews on Ctrip and saw some customers complaining about cockroaches) Two days later, I found cockroaches crawling into my fruit and cosmetic bag in the new room. The fruit was left with cockroach legs... There was a small cockroach that escaped from the cosmetic bag... The worst thing was a big cockroach crawled into my coat and jumped on me when I was taking it out 🙂 I had originally booked only one night on Ctrip, but when I got there and saw that the environment on the mountain was pretty good, I immediately extended it for two more nights with the front desk. I regretted it so much because I was bothered by cockroaches for three nights and didn't get a good rest! If you don’t want to live with cockroaches, think twice! ! ! The hotel's front desk was also unprofessional. They were a young girl and a boy. I felt that the front desk was even more helpless than me as a guest in this situation...

There are two points that are not satisfactory First, the light strip in the room was faulty, and I had to pull out the room card to sleep all night. The hotel knew that the room was faulty but did not repair it in advance, nor did it inform the guests in advance. I called the front desk at 10:30 pm but no one answered, so I had to find a solution myself. Second, the room is in poor condition and even has bed bugs.
