Qafqaz Yeddi Gozel Hotel

The hotel was is more like a motel than a hotel. Probably the worst hotel i have stayed in till now. We were travelling with kids so it was 4 of us and we got probably their smallest room and the room was stinking and so was the bathroom. The hotel has no lift and our room was on the 4th floor. it was such a task. The rooms had no basic amenities. no kettle for tea/coffee. We requested for our room to be changed and we got it changed to a cottage (which obviously they charged us a bomb for). The room atleast was bigger , but the bathroom was still stinky. As we were 4 of us , we needed some extra blanket, kettle, towels, water. At this ask, the staff gave us looks and looked like they were talking amongst themselves about us and were pretty rude. They don't clean the room , unless the guests asks them for, which we didnt know. So when we came back from our outing in the evening, the room was all messed up and not cleaned. When asked at the reception, the answer i get is , maam you never asked us to clean it. when we got the kettle, it was sooooooo dirty and had some food in it. Had to walk up to the reception to show them the dirty kettle with old maggi left overs in it which was given to us. The bathroom had a shower gel dispenser, but it had nothing in it. IT WAS EMPTY. The breakfast was also very very basic with limited options. The breakfast was supposed to be on till 11 am , but the staff cleared everything up by 10.50am. The TV in the room was not working properly. Basically NOTHING in the room or stay was good. Would request people NOT to go to this hotel. Our worst stay.

Average place, I stayed here for 2 days. The room's carpet was very dirty. They didn't provide us toothbrush and toothpaste even after asking for multiple times. There was no kettle in the room. The breakfast menu was same and limited on both days. The restaurant menu is also very limited. Shisha is the only good thing here.
