We stayed at the this hotel 3 times in the space of a month. We returned here for many reasons, the location and the food. But what stood out for me the most was the staff. They were all so friendly and approachable, always willing to help when they can. Thank you to all the staff and in particular Bame, Thabile, Arnold, Babedi, Sharon and Keikantse.
Roof top sunset bar is a really nice spot to relax and take in the sunset.

Service and location are perfect. You can go out to eat or go shopping without having to go out. There are tourist attractions and there are many tourists, but it is never too crowded. A top-notch hotel in every respect.

The location was great. Walking right or left, you can go to three grocery stores and quite a few restaurants. This hotel has the best staff. All requested were immediately taken care of. I am a breakfast person, and after the third day, the staff cooking eggs would start on my eggs and take bacon, and make it crispy. I would occasionally go to the third floor and sit on the terrace. The bar was never staff, but a waiter would come up and take orders. My room was large and spacious. Some people talked about the older decor, but I look for cleanliness. My room was very clean, and bottled water was put in the fridge daily. I could write a lot more but try it for yourself. They are updating the property.

This was "base" for an in-and-out business trip to Botswana. Being central and offering a complimentary airport shuttle, it ticks a lot of boxes. The staff were professional and the check-in was seamless. A spacious room with a convenient work nook helped settle in. Room service was a little on the slow side (but I did order quite late after getting to the hotel around 8pm). My pasta was filling and tasty, as was the breakfast the following morning - the spread was everything you'd expect from a hotel buffet. I see quite a few negative reviews, but that was not the case with my experience. Perhaps there's a better/quieter side of the hotel to stay, as the square housed a bar and restaurant. The nearby bar was an opportune venue for some impromptu customer drinks, so there's certainly an upside to its proximity. I won't hesitate to book for future business trips.

I am really on the fence with hote. Do I like it/Dont I like it. Let me start with the like. Rooms are really nice. It is very central in the CBD of Gaborone. Staff is friendly. The negatives: First day. Basin is blocked. It took about 3 hours before (after a second request) to cone and attend to it. The duvet cover close, or use to close with Valcro. Do you know how valcro attack the hair on your legs during the night. Yesterday I ordered a "Dagwood Club Sandwich" 10 Minutes after ordering I get phoned to tell me the dont have Chicken. Guys there is stores sellig Chicken walking distance from the hotel. Really? The breakfast is really an offering not worth the price.payed for it. The breadrolls is for sure not even yesterdays fresh rolls - maybe last weeks? The Cheddar Chees on offer is dried out! This morning at 08h00 the dishes were mostly empty and it too a while to be filled again. I think that maybe to Negatives is outplaying the Positives.

Please note that this hotel has restaurants that play very loud music until late at night. The hotel staff, although wanting to help, are unable to control to noise of their neighbours. At P1850, this is an expensive hotel and there is no way you will get a decent nights sleep. My suggestion is not to book at this hotel and I will never be back, that's for sure.
