I really love this property Bri is the best the most professional person they have at the property . Kush doesn’t really do much but sit on his phone & hide behind the counter . Hawa just sits behind the computer. I feel like Bri does more & work her ass off sorry for my language & doesn’t get any recognition or a raise which is terrible . Chris barely does anything

EXTENDED STAY GAITHERSBURG MARYLAND NORTH There are many positive aspects of this hotel: first of all the staff: Hawa the manager: always with a calm demeanor and gracious manner, treating each guest as if this is a 5 star establishment. Bri at reception: professional and pleasant- attentive to the guests needs with a smile Kush and others: helpful as can be Secondly: the rooms are big enough, the kitchenette is great and the shower/bath stall is very clean since no tiles. beds are fine and the linens are nice. The AC works great. There is true abundance of lighting: ceiling and wall lamps: its great. I wish the room with 2 beds also had 2 tables: so both my son and I could work. There is space in the room. Third: whenever you need more supplies (clean towels, toilet paper, coffee filters etc) just ask! And the front desk or the cleaning staff will immediately provide.. The breakfast to go: snack bars, coffee (and decaf), oatmeal in packages and hot water (cups, and flavored milk substitute too). If they run out, during the breakfast times 6:30-9:30, just ask the reception. The reception staff perform many tasks- they are truly multitaskers! Suggestion: please provide selection of muffins which are vegan/kosher for everyone to enjoy There is opportunity to do your own laundry: clean and the cost is $4 per load ($4 to wash and $4 to dry). It is a surprisingly quiet hotel, no outside noises and the corridors are quiet in the evening/night. Hawa provided a brand new bread toaster and coffee machine. We brought our own cleaning supplies, mop, dishes (they provide too) and essential oil diffuser to freshen the air in the room. Room hint: get the rooms without the carpets- clean feel and no dust The rooms facing the back have the view of the mature trees Location: very convenient, there’s 7-11 right down the stairs accessible opposite the south wing of the extended stay hotel for fresh eggs, milk products, etc. other stores/restaurant across the street. And an odd number of barbers and CPA across the street. In summary: we needed a place to anchor ourselves, be able to cook, low price and clean without long term commitment. This extended stay (I have never stayed in any others) answered all our requirements. I wish the entrance looked nicer and the hallways less dismal: it would be more welcoming- but don’t get scared off! With hawa, bri and the staff to smooth over these small inconveniences it’s been a wonderful place for us!

I would like to start with the general manager is amazing! The way she communicates with her staff. Everyone is included she treats this property like it's her home your family and on vacation with her. All the staff are friendly, polite and respectful. They move and respond with a sense of urgency. They all go over and beyond. Hawa, kush,Brianna, Ritesh, Ayuub and Quan as well. The house keeping are always on top of everything. Maintenance as well. I have been here for 3 months for the second time first time was in 2019 and I wouldn't take my family anywhere else

The location here on professional drive is excellent the staff here are amazing most definitely Bri. The housekeepers are amazing as well . The rooms are very much kept nice & up to date . Mini kitchens in the room with dishes and more. Breakfast is included muffins & coffee
