This is not a party place and no events are parties, loud music or intrusive behavior will be allowed. Your coastal retreat awaits you and we truly look forward to hosting you! This is a beautiful condo is on the second floor and is a townhouse so there are stairs. There is no elevator access and I just like to put this out here because some of the ratings that I have received as a four were only because it was a second-floor apartment with stairs and they did not see it in the description so I have added it in multiple places. It is not handicap accessible.
