Commodore on the Beach

I had a wonderful experience at Commodore Hotel , The room was very clean and very comfortable. Every staff member was beyond nice and helpful specially Jenifer SHE IS THE BEST. Thank you so much for every thing, I highly recommended this hotel for anyone visiting London

Don't even think about it if you're used to first world accommodations. If you like filth, sticky floors, and blood stained sheets go for it. This place used to be an older but nice, clean place with an awesome location and view but it's just a scary toilet now. Way overpriced, Front desk people are rude, and you'll want to be boiled in Purel after you leave.

Horrible place ! So nasty ! Would not refund money back and there was no way I was staying there. It is horrible nasty! There was not one thing clean on the whole property and it was so dirty I would not have even sit down

0 absolutely horrible place to visit in Galveston the entire facility is run down and falling completely apart it should be closed for business until a new management can take over The property Galveston should be embarrassed of this place it’s one of the oldest hotel’s around there it should have been taken better care of. Do not make reservation at this hotel.

I reported a car illegally parked by handicapp spot which blocked accessibility. It turns out he worked behind the counter at the Hotel. He said his car was a Mercedes and he didnt care. There were at least 19 spots open he could have stopped in. Another Employee named Deloris stated it was ok to be parked illegally because he works there. I was yelled at and told to leave the Lobby. Deloris also refused to put out milk for breakfast so we coulnt even eat the free meal it came with. Pool was also overgrown with green algae. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The Commodore on the beach was terrible. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it went from bad to worse as we inspected the place. there is a hole in the ceiling above the bathroom sink, the room was dirty, I even had to wipe off the chair full of crumbs as my daughter wouldn’t set in it until I cleaned it and I do not blame her! There was no water pressure whatsoever, bed was sloppily made, stained towels, and the pool didn’t work and to top it off my kids didn’t like it they wouldn’t go to sleep they were having a fit over how bad the place was AT 11PM AT NIGHT! I tried to make it one night but we only lasted maybe two hours before we decided to leave to a different hotel. I contacted the hotel for a refund since we were going to a different hotel but that was off the table, they would only give us the second night. I contacted ******* who I booked it threw, they talked to the Commodore on the beach’s representative, but still nothing. Save yourself the hassle go somewhere else that takes pride in their hotel, only thing this place has is a beautiful view.
