Stay at The Jackson House of Gamaliel. The Victorian style house was originally built in 1904 and underwent a total remodel in 2017. You will be the only guests in the house. One King bed, one Queen bed, one full bed and a sofa sleeper. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Kitchen with all cooking utensils, a laundry room and a large living area. Privately hosted since 2017. Minimum stay 2 nights on weekends. Restaurants are nearby including local BBQ places. Convenient to Dale Hollow Lake and Barren River Lake, (Approx 30-45 minutes) Near Old Mulkey Meeting House State Park. Glad to be back This was our second time at the Gamaliel House. We love it there. This time it was under heavy circumstances as we lost a family member and all that goes with that. Tommy was supportive and flexible of our needs. That made a huge difference to us. Thanks again.

Stay was fantastic There were 5 of us who stayed at the property for a family reunion in a neighboring town. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we really enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and very inviting with country quilts on all the beds. Very homey and cozy. Tommy was a great host.
