"To be honest, I used to visit with my family in previous years and the service was excellent, but it seems their services have declined since the end of summer. The breakfast now doesn't even reach the standards of a three-star hotel. The cleanliness is still excellent, but you'll be negatively impacted by the reduced service due to the distance to the shops. I ordered water three times and unfortunately, it didn't come."
