レセプションの対応は申し分なし。バギーを使う演出も心地よい。ただし、朝食ビュッフェのスタッフにやる気が見えず、席の案内もせず、フラフラ歩いているだけで呼びかけしないと対応してくれなかったのが残念。欧米系のゲストにはコーヒーを注いでいたけど。

The service was excellent. the brunch theme mexican wasexcellent ambience and music was excellent ms. Gayatri was excellent host polite courteous and pleasigpersonality theservice and kitchen team did awonderful job...we planto visit more frequently in future.

The hotel is truly a great place and the hotel has good clean facilities and rooms, it’s very well maintained and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent especially the sweets it’s amazing, you should definitely check it out. Especial thanks goes to Harshita & Gayatri for making my experience worth it. You should try the strawberry cake.

It was clean, spacious and calm property. Villas has good green view. Dining area is spacious and food is as also good. Special mention to their excellent spa service people are very decent, skilled and qualified. Overall a good time experience.

Amidst lush greenery, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with beautifully landscaped gardens and water features. Guests particularly appreciate the villas with private gardens. food and services are A+++

V good hospitality. All very vivid & lively. Morning you will be mesmerised by chirps all over you. Once you enter, u will feel the warmth & friendliness. Ms Gayatri at Breakfast is v helping. V good ambience & superb quality items served for different tastes!!!!

We love the food and ambience here.Sectiin holder was Ronit and meeraj were very humble kindly who served us.Gayatri who hosted us ensured at her best that we were comfortable and enjoyed the food.They also customised few dishes as per our taste so that kids don't fibd the food spicy.overall a good experience.

The restaurant Waves has a very competent and helpful staff, particularly Gayatri, Harshita, Shashuni and Ronit and also chef Swapan & Cheh Ashish. They are very hospitable and serve with smile. They are very hard working, sweet, and good at their work. As asset to the hotel. The chefs dish out very delectable and mouthwatering food. They walk that extra mile to ensure guests particular requirements are met.
