Amenities available for name sake. Power was cut for 2 hrs at night. No proper room service. No mineral water for drinking. Basically an average hotel with amateur service staff.

Tempo Heritage Resort & Spa made our trip to Gangtok even more special. We stayed for 3 nights, and every aspect of the experience was delightful. The mountain view from the balcony was the perfect way to wake up each morning. Rooms were spacious and neatly arranged. Bathroom was clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated the team arranging a surprise cake for our friend’s birthday. The warmth in their hospitality is rare to find. Food quality was consistent, with traditional flavors and warm service. We especially enjoyed the dinner time sitting under the stars in the property’s peaceful surroundings. Reception staff and housekeeping team were super-efficient. They guided us on places to visit and helped arrange cabs with genuine drivers. Would 100% recommend this place for families or couples looking for a hill retreat with soul.

Tempo Heritage Resort made our family vacation in Gangtok truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the kids were thrilled by the garden and open space to play. Meanwhile, we adults found peace in the breathtaking views from the balcony and warm, well-maintained rooms. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was smooth. They even surprised us with a mini cake for my daughter’s birthday — such a thoughtful gesture! The food was suitable for all ages — not too spicy and served fresh. Clean bathrooms, constant hot water, fast room service — everything was on point. The resort also helped us plan a short local tour, which made our sightseeing easy. It’s rare to find a resort that’s both kid-friendly and relaxing for adults, but Tempo Heritage balances it beautifully. I stayed at this resort during our North East tour, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel extremely welcome with their friendly smiles and helpful attitude. The resort itself is tucked away in a peaceful location, offering charming views that added a special touch to our stay. Even when a minor power issue occurred, the team handled it swiftly and professionally without causing any inconvenience. Their responsiveness and commitment to guest comfort were impressive. The overall ambience of the property is calming, perfect for relaxation. Recently just 2 days after my birthday I have gone to my all time favourite place Sikkim & there in gangtok I had a pleasant stay at Tempo Heritage Resort. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of the mountain valley from the balcony. Bathrooms are clean. Staff here are friendly and courteous. Hotel is conveniently located just 1km from the market place and other tourist spots. Vehicles on rent are easily available. The MD and manager pg are the best hosts you can get, they are very polite, friendly and helpful people . Here the Food is amazing, especially the organic veggies grown here locally. All in all it was a great experience. I would love to visit again .

I celebrated my birthday at Tempo Heritage Resort and Spa, and it turned out to be the most magical experience ever! The staff went above and beyond to make the day special. Very good Property. Rooms were decently sized (not very spacious). We took a lower category room so didn't get the pool/hill side view but the view from the window was okay (overlooking the kids area). The hotel property was clean and well maintained. At this price it offered amazing amenities - Swimming Pool with stunning views, Pool table, Table tennis, carrom, kids play area and spa. The restaurant was nicely designed like business hotels. Food was pretty okay but they need to work on their evening snacks as we had to get couple of them done again. You can always order good food as you deem fit. They take the last order by 9 which was a bit annoying but again you can order from lot of options. It is 2 km from Mall road so delivery isn't an issue. Staff was very polite and hospitable. Hotel is around 2 kms from mall and you can take cab for 150-200 from either side of the mall. Overall recommended for its price, amenities and views.

If you love calm places with beautiful surroundings, this is the resort for you. The rooms are tastefully designed, and the food tastes like it’s cooked with care. I enjoyed walking around the property in the early mornings. Would definitely recommend this place to nature enthusiasts. I highly recommend this hotel for a good stay and a wonderful experience

Tempo Heritage Resort is located in a serene area away from the city rush. Our room had a direct view of the mountains—it was picture-perfect. The interiors were cozy, and the hospitality unmatched. I especially enjoyed sipping morning tea while watching the fog roll over the hills.
