Hotel Villa Anthea

The staff were helpful and friendly. my room got nice and cold with the air conditioning. There are mechanical shutters on the windows and doors, so you could make it as dark in there as you want. It was a very short, walk to the water and restaurants.

Really enjoyed our two night stay here, especially the swimming pool! Check out was at 11 which meant we could jump in and have another dip in the pool after breakfast but before leaving. Room was very well equipped- lots of space for storing luggage, bed was very big and comfortable and the air conditioning worked beautifully and was much appreciated after a day out in the heat. Fridge and safe in the room, really good bathroom- we had a disabled room which may explain why the shower cubicle wasn't as well sealed as it could have been and the floor got quite wet but this is literally my only gripe. Our room faced the road outside but we didn't hear a peep from any vehicles. Breakfast was okay- good selection of cereals, cheese, eggs etc. Staff very friendly on check in and really helpful would happily stay here again.

I can’t think of one single thing to complain about. Breakfast was really enjoyable. It was a buffet breakfast with a good variety of foods in a small space but the staff there were really on top of replenishing everything. All the staff working in the hotel were lovely! Polite, friendly and welcoming without exception. Air con was excellent. As was the shower. Location was excellent, a 2 minute walk into the old town so there was no noise at night. Would definitely stay there if we stay in Garda again.

Wir haben Garda und ganz besonders die Villa Anthea in unser Herz geschlossen. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Sara, Radu, Rosy und das gesamte Personal die mit ihrer freundlichen, herzlichen Art und ihrem Service uns wieder das Gefühl gaben, nach Hause zu kommen. Zwei kostenlose Ausflüge (Minikreuzfahrt auf dem See, Weinverkostung und Besuch in Soave) bereiteten uns großes Vergnügen. Die Sauberkeit im Haus und der Anlage ist überzeugend. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf uneren vierten Urlaub dort.

We had a wonderful week in Hotel Villa Anthea. From the first moment we entered the hotel we were welcomed by the wonderful staff. The hotel was immaculate and cleaned to very high standards. The breakfast was exceptional with the staff always ensuring there was plenty for all the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Garda town or its surroundings.

Our second visit here, we really love this hotel, it’s in a fantastic position just a few minutes from the Lake and Ferry Point. The staff are amazing, very friendly and welcoming, and always ready to help when needed. Rooms are very well designed, modern, and even YouTube & Netflix available on the smart tv should you need them. Lovely pool area and terrace, sunbeds etc. Great choice for breakfast, perfect for ourselves, lots of fresh produce, and limited hot food as well. Garda itself has plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, you will never go hungry here for sure. Last thing I have to say is a big thank you to Sara, Radu, Rosey, and everyone else who works there, whose names I have forgotten, you made our week memorable. See you soon for sure.
