No AC in lower level but it remains cool and comfortable, fans are available for your use. A 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle is required during winter months due to the steep driveway. A highly trafficked street is located in front of the home that is visible through the trees from the deck, living area and patio. Please take extra precaution with children as the driveway leads straight to this street and there is no fence surrounding the property. The owner's vehicles and a boat are parked on the upper right section of the driveway and are visible from the kitchen window. Additionally, there is an RV and trailer being stored at the end of the driveway near the street. Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage.
