Please take extra precaution with children as the driveway leads straight to this street and there is no fence surrounding the property. The owner's vehicles and a boat are parked on the upper right section of the driveway and are visible from the kitchen window. Additionally, there is an RV and trailer being stored at the end of the driveway near the street. Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage.
