The dedication and professionalism demonstrated by your exceptional team significantly enhanced our visit. We had the pleasure of staying in our preferred rooms and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality provided by both the housekeeping and food and beverage teams. The staff at the Treetop Restaurant, particularly Pushkar and Ishwar, greatly contributed to our experience. Their attentive service and positive attitudes made us feel genuinely valued and welcomed, which we found inspiring. Their efforts would certainly motivate us to return to the Taj Corbett. I would also like to commend Vivek Yadav from housekeeping for his exemplary customer service. His commitment to ensuring our satisfaction did not go unnoticed and is truly commendable. During our stay, we celebrated my son's birthday, and Pushkar, Vivek, and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make the occasion unforgettable. The thoughtful decorations, a delightful surprise near the riverside, and the memorable celebration outside the Treetop Restaurant created cherished moments for our family. We are deeply grateful for the efforts of your team in crafting such an exceptional experience for us. There were less activities for kids, it was comfortable stay otherwise. Wasnt given a tour of the hotel and what all facitilies are there. I wanted to visit spa and services but didnt get to know if there was any. Also room we got was around 2 only even after placing a request for early chkin. I know its not in your hands.

Room is extremely comfortable and well-maintained, with excellent cleanliness standards. Housekeeping is doing an outstanding job – special thanks to Ms. Geeta ma'am Mr.Naveen , Phakir,Rahul and team for their dedicated efforts. F&B team is also well-trained and very courteous. Mr. Pawandeep,Suraj,lata, is doing a great job, and the entire team is humble and attentive, ensuring we are well taken care of throughout our stay.
