Public parking. Supermarket 200 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Garmisch-Partenkirchen" 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km, lake Riessersee 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8.5 km, mountain railway 1 km, ski lift 3 km, cross country ski track 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. "Eberhorn", 3-room apartment 75 m2 on 2nd floor. Partly with sloping ceilings, cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double fold-away bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV, CD-player and DVD. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, north-west facing position. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, south-east facing position. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 showers/WC. Gas heating, solar energy heating. Good location, city center and hiking routes can be reached easily and quickly. The advantage is the two bathrooms, the bedroom could have been a little bit bigger, but ultimately it was fine. All in all, apart from the price, everything was right!

We had a wonderful time with the Eberhorn family. As always, a large, comfortable holiday apartment awaited us. The Eberhorn couple are very helpful. We weren't there for the first nor the last time.

I paid €1,258 for 8 nights, stayed 1 night less due to renovations in the apartment and was refunded €90 for 1 day, so €90 for 1 day and €1,258 for 8 nights! I would never book a stay through this agency again in my life
