Reception never answers the line, and in room got ants and lizards. Breakfast only serve from 7-10am

Hotel is good for families. Kids will enjoy the kids facilities. Food for breakfast so far good and dinner serve have a small selection of dishes. Service so so only. Phone just keep ringing can't get the reception room service or any other services over the phone for two days. Need to go down to the reception to request. The room is spacious and toilet with tub very spacious too.. hope they can maintain the hotel as some of the water park facilities already run down or not clean well which made the floor slippery due to algae. Good place of relaxation and avoid of crowd

Came here to celebrate our 5th anniversary. We request the hotel to decorate our room with addition a slice of cake. I cant believe they really did that. Its just that they wrongly written supposely happy anniversary but thats not a big deal. Thank you so much to the team. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. The view are really mesmerizing. Definetely will come here again!
