Loved this property and its location to all the things we wanted to do. The host was super communicative, which I always value! We had everything we needed to keep us comfortable and were close to Letchworth State Park and a short day trip from the Finger lakes and Seneca wine trail. The space inside and out was perfect for a relaxed and stress free stay!

The place was very clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. We had all the necessary amenities and the host was very responsive. The backyard was very beautiful. Overall the cottage is charming and ideal for a quiet getaway.

Outstanding We found just what we were looking for in our stay in Geneseo. Quiet neighborhood and walkable to local restaurants, bakeries and ice cream. Clean, comfortable place with easy check-in.

Nice house in college town Old house with charm and relaxing garden oasis on back deck. Overall the place was great. Would have liked to seen some place to put our suitcases off the floor besides the beds and a surface to put phones/jewelry/ small items in the bedrooms. But that was not a deal breaker.

Lovely Place to Spend Time The host was very communicative and responded to all my questions; provided great instructions on all amenities. The home was nicely decorated, clean and a fun place to be. The deck out back was wonderful on nice evenings. Walking distance to the town. Great experience.

Our 3rd of July trip Older home, but beautifully decorated, and well kept with many updated qualities. Property owner very easy to talk to and communicate with. Always got back to us very promptly. Would stay here again.
