Overall, good value for the price paid. It would be even better if plates, cutlery, and a few basic kitchen essentials were provided for added convenience.

Check in process is quite confused coz lobby is in tower 2 but car park at tower 7. Still ok since instruction given prior check in. We check in late evening, room is ok but no hot water. They change room for us, second room found toilet is clog and room got cockroaches. We are lucky to get big help from Gary from Misty summit Genting Highlands by Homesphere person in charge to urge receptionist get us 3rd room. We ended up move to tower 2 room. They upgrade us to stay in studio in this incident. Without this incident the stay is good and value for money.

Nice place to overnight in Genting🤩 Its kids friendly and got a lot of convenient store if you want to grab some snacks lol. But for the lobby and room its quite far and need to walk a lot cuz its not in the same building… Will repeat!!

The distance from lobby to Parking is not cinvenience for senior citizen. Have to go to Level 7 and Tower A B or C. The toilet and dining is dirty and got insects. Dinibg floor is dirty. Mirror is dirty and toilet got smelling for 3 room suite

這酒店距離雲頂有十多分鐘的距離，有客廳，廚房，兩間房間，露台等等。。。。衞生感覺就馬馬虎虎，價錢是很廉價。

Check in smooth, just the reception quite far, the accommodation, lobby and reception is different tower. Have swimming pool and gym as well, is for family trip. I just solo travellers with short stay, is a good hotel, inside rooms even have sofa.

Two bedroom apartment is quite comfortable.Only the toilet got some smelly.

Location and parking arrangement not so comfort and convenience

Master bedroom smells like drainage, and the windows need to be cleaned properly. The check-in went smoothly, but we would appreciate it if they could fix the smell coming from the toilet.

Location is ok. Staff is friendly. Only things is there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and sound-proofing of the room we stayed.
