"كانت هذه الإقامة أكثر من المتوقع من البداية إلى النهاية. فالاستقبال والخدمة بشكل عام كانت ترقى إلى مستوى عالٍ من اللطف والحرص والتفاني وعدم المبالاة في التعامل. شكراً أستاذ عمر على هذه التجربة والتعليقات الرائعة. ما خرج فورا هو التوازن الذي تتحققه هذه الخاصية بين التطور والراحة. قائمة المطعم متجددة وجيدة بما فيه الكفاية للمسافرين الذين يقدرون الطعام الجيد والعرض المدروس ولكن لا يزال مقبولا لتجربة العشاء الاسترخاء والاستمتاع الاطلالة الساحرة على المطعم تبعث على البهجة وترفع أجواء العشاء بالكامل. كسفراء يقدرون الفن والتصميم والراحة والشخصية المحلية الأصيلة على الرفاهية العامة، كنا متفاجئين بعرض الفن المزين في جميع أنحاء العقارات واستمتعنا بشكل خاص بالتعلم عن ارتباطهم بفن البرية الشراكة . الغرف تصميمها جميل اطلالة مميزة تحس انة من الطراز القديم والعملي، يكمل التجهيزات الراقية وبتلمسات تأملية تجعل الاقامة تشعر بالراحة. كانت الرحله في غايه الروعه والجمال ولقد كانت الرحله في غايه الروعه والجمال ولقد كانت الرحله في غايه الروعه لقد كانت الرحله في غايه الروعه والجمال وقدمت التجربه وكان مفضلا للمسافرين الذين يقدرون فخامه المكان والطعام الجيد والفن والجمال ولقد استمتعت باجواء هادىء مع الجو الممتلئ بالطبيعه عوضا عن التجربه التجاريه المزدحمه"

"فرنا أنا وزوجتي مؤخرا إلى أرندرسس للخروج السريع، وكان مذهلا تماما. إذا كنت تبحث عن مكان يشعر "بالخارج" وغارق في الطبيعة دون التضحية بالرفاهية، فهذا هو الأمر. المشهد عند أسفل جبال أوتينيكوا مذهل. الشاليه الخشبي يقدم مشاعر الخصوصيه التامه و مشاعر " البريه " التي تجعلك على الفور تنس كريم رائع بالحياه اليوميه. الاهتمام بالتفاصيل هو أرقى من ذلك كله خصوصا 800-thread-count 床铺 مصريه it 's clear the hosts care deeply about راحة الضيوف كان النور المطلق للإقامة في إقامتنا. كان تناول الإفطار في a la carte خدم مباشرة إلى غرفتنا. كان لذيذ و معروضة بشكل جميل وسمح لنا بالاسترخاء ب صباح بطيء في الغرق في إطلالات من الشرفة لدينا في سلامة كاملة. كان لدينا راحة جيدة في تناول الطعام في مطعم الفندق، الذي تناولته في القاعة. يمكنك الاستمتاع بالسباحة في موقع الفندق. كانت الضيافه دافئه ومصقه، وكان الجو كله هدوء وطبيعه ساحره وناضجه. حقا انها جم مخفيه في طريق جاردن. تركنا الشعور بالتجديد الكامل ولا يمكننا الانتظار للعودة!"

"The room is perfectly clean, with new furniture, mattresses, and bedding. The reception staff is friendly and efficient in resolving any issues. However, I would like to address the room's design, which is very office-like. I believe that a brighter color scheme would make the room more inviting. Additionally, I feel sorry for your staff, as they are treated unfairly. The man outside is forced to stand on the porch all day to open the gate! Regardless of the weather, whether it is hot and sunny or cold and windy, he does not have a place to sit. Why don't you put him in a separate room where he can sit? And put a camera on the gate, so that when he sees a car approaching, he can open the gate. It's a simple solution! Doesn't the receptionist even have a chair? How is that possible? If she's tired or has swollen feet, how can she greet guests? It doesn't matter to the guest whether she's standing sitting. But it matters to her! Take better care of your staff, and they will return the favor! I really hope for positive changes in your hotel and for your employees!"

"Have been blown over by the attention to detail at Manor House Hotel. Thsi is one of the best places I have stayed in. All the staff are fantastic, in particular Mark who comes looking for us when he is on duty to may sure that we are ok. It is such a lovely place, quiet but not imposing. Lovely pool. The breakfast at La Cantina has every type of food you can think of. Martha is very patient with us, she is trying to teach us Xhosa. In fact all the staff at Fancourt has made us feel like family. There are three very good golf courses here, all in superb condition. I would highly recommend a stay here."

"OMG !!! حجزنا غرفة مطلة على البحر ولم يخذلنا. المنظر المطل على الشاطئ & المحيط الطويل يعني تموت من أجله..... و الصوت من الفندق روعة. رايق، حديث و كثير من المساحة، كذلك الغرفة. كانت الإقامة في فندق بارك ريجيس كريستال الأصيلة، وكان لدينا أغسطس من الطراز الأول. الموظفين والخدمة كانت ممتازة. كان لدينا غرفة كبيرة، وكان لدينا غرفة كبيرة مع جميع وسائل الراحة. من المهم جدا أن نرى أن الغرف صغيرة نسبيا، وكان لديها كل شيء من المرحاض ومكتب النوم. كان الموظفون ودية للغاية وعاملونا كأننا الزوجين الوحيدين للبقاء. موقع مثالي لشارع جانبي على حافة الأنفاق مباشرة وعشر دقائق سيرا على الأقدام من بلدة وايلدنس. لا تترددوا في توصية وجهات النظر، شكرا لكم و أحسنتم عملا لفريقهم الرائع."

"During our recent stay in George, we visited Oubaai, located about a 20-minute drive from Fancourt, with our family as part of a group. ⸻ First Impressions & Setting The entrance to Oubaai is beautiful and distinctive, offering an elevated view overlooking the resort. The design carries a brick-style architecture that is somewhat unconventional – a feature some guests may find charming and unique. The brick pathways run throughout the property, and its location near a river adds a tranquil touch to the setting. ⸻ Dining Experience & Service We enjoyed a lovely meal at the hotel. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and the service stood out for its warmth and professionalism. The kitchen staff were attentive, and a lady supervisor in particular was extremely helpful and welcoming. As we were a large group, space in the main dining area was limited, so we ended up eating near the restaurant lobby. While unconventional, the staff accommodated us well and ensured we were comfortable. ⸻ Atmosphere & Facilities The outdoor space feels more limited compared to larger resorts, offering more of a small-village vibe, which suits its style well. The property is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A nice highlight for families was the small but well-organised Kids Club area, which provided a pleasant activity space for children. ⸻ Overall Impression Oubaai offers a quiet, charming, and well-kept environment with good food, excellent service, and a unique architectural style. While space in the dining area can be limited for large groups, the staff’s hospitality and adaptability ensured an enjoyable experience. Its village-like character and warm atmosphere make it a pleasant stop for families visiting the George area"

"The Manor House is an oasis in the Fancourt Estate. It is a small boutique hotel, so has a very intimate atmosphere. The honesty bar is very characterful and the lounge with afternoon tea is a great touch. The rooms are large and well-equipped and have a complimentary mini-bar with decent wines and a selection of spirits. But what makes the place is the service. The staff are excellent and cannot be faulted; they are friendly and go the extra mile. Even if you are not into golf, it is a good base for the area and is somewhere I would highly recommend."
