Our company organized a team trip to Penang and chose George Crest as our accommodation—and it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel provided a comfortable and stylish setting that worked well for both rest and informal team bonding. Rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed after long days of team activities and exploring the city. The ambiance of the hotel struck a nice balance between heritage charm and modern design, which everyone appreciated. The staff’s customer service was professional and attentive throughout our stay. They made check-ins smooth, assisted with local recommendations, and ensured our group’s needs were met efficiently. It was clear they were experienced in handling group stays, which made the entire trip run more smoothly. The location was also a major plus—close to George Town’s attractions and eateries, making it easy for the team to explore during free time. Overall, George Crest was a comfortable and pleasant base for our company trip, We would like to especially compliment all the concierge and bellboy staff for their warm hospitality and prompt assistance throughout our stay. Their friendly demeanor and efficiency made a great impression on our entire trip

The room was great, spacious enough for four people. The location was excellent as well. I loved how the building had a vintage charm yet was well-maintained in terms of hygiene. However, the pillows had a sticky smell, which I believe was due to an improper drying process that resulted in a musty, moldy odor—something unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Additionally, one shot of Baileys shouldn’t cost *48 MYR*; that price is far too expensive.

good location to kimberly street. easy access with affordable grab rides in penang. The grab cars are small though.

1. 套房房間很大，二層有電視、床、衣櫃、衞生間、洗漱、淋浴和浴缸，完全可以作為一個單獨的房間了。一層是電視、沙發、衞生間、洗漱這些，也很寬敞。 2. 房間很乾凈，游泳池7:00-21:00開放，而且水特別乾淨，酒店工作人員的態度也很好。 3. 酒店裝修很不錯，現代的同時也有很多歷史老物件。周邊吃的東西特別多，很方便。 4. 不過飲用水要到那層走廊上接水點自己接。
