It offers clean, modern rooms and excellent convenience for travelers who want to explore the UNESCO heritage zone without breaking the bank. Check-in & Service: Check-in was fast and smooth. The front desk staff were polite, efficient, and always ready to help with local tips or transportation advice. While the service is simple, it’s professional and gets the job done. Room: I stayed in a Superior Room. It was compact, as expected, but very clean and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, the linens fresh, and everything functioned well including the air-con and hot shower. The view from the higher floors was a bonus, overlooking parts of the city skyline. Location: This is the hotel’s strongest point—super central. It’s within walking distance to street art trails, famous hawker stalls, and local attractions like KOMTAR and Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion. You’ll never run out of food options nearby, from traditional kopitiams to modern cafes. Plus, there’s a convenience store right at the entrance! Facilities: While the hotel is basic (no pool or gym), it has all the essentials: free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and secure parking for those driving. Overall very nice place, location was perfect. Complimentary parking too.

Overall the experience was good. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained, with complimentary parking provided. It’s also well-located in Georgetown, within walking distance to popular attractions. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be better.
