Room was alright. King bed was very comfortable. Location was great, walking distance from many georgetown popular food places

Clean and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms are described as spacious, with comfortable beds. Great Location: Situated close to the Jetty, bus terminal where I can ride Penang Free Bus (CAT) and various shops and restaurants. Value for Money: The hotel offers good value for the price, especially considering its amenities and location.

前台接待人員有點冷漠沒什麼熱情的感覺 房間內不錯   蠻乾淨的床也好睡  半夜也安靜 遮光窗簾很好  可以睡的很安穩 飯店早餐普普   但可以吃飽 缺點是比較不近市區

檳城很小去哪裡都很方便，酒店態度服務很好很乾凈舒服

Is a good location and lovely room.

1.如果你來這家酒店，就要做好入住和你預訂的房間完全不一樣的心裏準備！！ 因為酒店排房問題， 定的房型是尊貴雙床，入住時卻給了一個普通雙床房型，房間正對停車場，停車場24小時開大燈！ 並且第二天換回對應房型的要求也無法被滿足，以滿房為理由拒絕！ 值得安慰的是攜程客服幫忙溝通退房間的差價，可惜出來玩本來是想住好一點帶露台的房間，卻衹能住到停車場房了，感謝攜程客服幫忙溝通。 2.房間的中央空調可以完全覆蓋床頭到床尾，讓你無處可躲！ 3.個別前台服務態度差，明明會説中文，非要操着口音濃重的英語，根本聽不懂，看到我們半天聽不懂情況下，翻了個白眼，又開始説中文，讓人特別不愉快 4.值得安慰的是也有一個服務好的前台工作人員，遇到電視沒有信號的問題迅速幫忙解決了，感謝他。

點名投訴那個英文女前台歧視中國人（戴黑框眼鏡，黑長直頭髮，黃黑皮膚），服務態度極其差。第一次回酒店是12點30分，看到房間沒打掃，去前台溝通，説是要14點才能打掃，於是我們就先出去逛一圈。第二次回來是14點50分，房間還是沒有打掃，再次去前台溝通，那女的開始甩鍋，一會兒説我們撒謊（原話是：“You can't lie to me），她剛才説的是15點。一會兒又説現在15點沒到，才14點51分。後來又説，要15點以後才能打掃連住的客房。在我們的再三追問下，才説要15點到16點才能打掃。簡直無語到家了，第一次碰到甩鍋給客人，撒謊狡辯的前台。那個女的從頭到尾沒有一句道歉或者解釋，也不給解決辦法，把客人晾在一邊，一副“我就是不給你們打掃”的拽樣子。國內國外住過這麼多酒店，從來沒碰到過這樣的前台，太差了！另外，一整個酒店衹有1個打掃客房的清潔人員，中午還要休息1個小時，酒店真的有能力接待這麼多客人嗎？

My second time with this hotel. The only issue I have with this hotel is its narrow ramps in the hotel parking. If your car is too big, you may need to be extra careful so as not to scrape the side of your car I would like to suggest that the hotel sticks rubber at the side of the ramps so as to reduce the scrapping (damage) to the bigger cars. TQ.

酒店位置不錯，離姓氏橋和壁畫街都很近，但又鬧中取靜。酒店平時很安靜，早餐簡單美味。設施看上去也很新，衞生狀況不錯。推薦！

Car park : not so convenient as you need to validate your tng card at the reception to waived off the parking fee every time before you go out from the hotel. Location: walk 8-10mins to the chew jetty and Penang street art. Room: big room and clean, deluxe room is just at level 1 facing the road and Boston cafe is abit noisy in the midnight when car pass by.  Toilet is spacious and I love the rain shower!

The hotel is located in a very central location, suited to explore the heritage area of Georgetown. Free parking is provided in an annex block. Some parts of the wallpaper near the aircond ducting area are peeling off. There are also stains at the shower area. Otherwise, this is a very decent and reasonably priced hotel.
