I highly recommend this hotel because the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic stay. the location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the views from our room were stunning.

Cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved z there are obvious mold spots. Even the shower head has black spots, dirt built up around water spouts.

Excellent stay as like your bedroom. Room clean and bed comfortable. The amenities completed for the use if needed. Location good to access food too. We will visit again for next trip in Penang.

This charming hotel in Penang is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and offers convenient walking access to numerous popular tourist attractions.

The room is generally clean but not the mirrors. The tap is a bit weird. The water flow rate will suddenly go very fast. The location is okay but still a bit far from the george town centre (grab for about 10 mins).

Overall quite nice, just hoping that can provide more amenities like hair conditioners or mineral water without charge in the last day 😆 nevertheless, live the cleanliness and the friendly staff there!

I had a pleasant stay at VENO Hotel. The room was a good size, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to Georgetown's attractions.
