Clean room and good and efficient staff at front desk. Ample of parking in front of hotel. Location is at the heart of activity but still keeps you away from the congestion

Very basic breakfast. Tasteless coffee.

Location is good, room is good. Limited of packing space, but I available along the roadside.

Perlu perbaiki kebersihan dalam bilik.. perlu baiki lampu tidur dan pintu hand sinki kerana dh rosak.. Dari segi service reception sangat bagus dan peramah.. check in sgt pantas..pihak hotel memenuhi permintaan sy ingin good view dan high floor..

It was a pleasant stay & worth the price. We stayed 2 nights on weekdays. Booked studio room, got the 5th floor - you can see both views mountain & part of the sea (blocked by buildings). Towels, toothbrushes, toothpastes, bath gels & shampoos are included. Staffs are great (especially the man who’s at the front desk) The breakfast is also pleasant. Breakfasts are fixed based on days, but there’ll be 2 main dish, 1 type of dessert/kuih, 1 type of fruit, coffee & tea. There’s 8 free parkings for customers too! Just beside the hotel The studio is not wheelchair friendly though, if you plan on bringing anyone on wheelchair dependent bcs of the wall in the middle of the room (as per photo). You can always call the hotel to ask anything..

Chose this hotel because of its location, and budget friendly. Front desk staff is excellent. However, cleanliness of the room can be improved.
