Cute cozy condo with view of the pool. This is an end unit so it is very private and quiet. You can go right down the steps outside the unit to go visit the pool or soak in the hot tub.
The space
We have a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There is a great shower stall with easy access. There is a washer and dryer on each level.

Comfortable stay in Litchfield Beach
My family and I had a very comfortable experience in this condo. It was just as described and equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Communication was easy and flawless!

The area was nice and relaxing. Pool and lazy river was a plus. The beach and beach is a long walk and distance away, best to drive there with a pass needed at the gate. The condo was clean. Less attractions in the immediate area.It was very enjoyed. I definitely would recommend to others. Pretty nice!

Very enjoyable!!!

Quick trip
Perfect location for a quick trip to the beach. Enjoyed walking to Starbucks and watching the Easter egg hunt!

great place
place was very nice and as advertised. the absolutely only hiccup was the gaurd that registered us. not friendly and made us not feel welcome but not owners fault

Wonderful vacation
We love Litchfield by the sea! Amanda has a wonderful property in the summerhouse condos… very clean, plenty of towels provided, easy check-in/out process. Definitely would stay again!

Great place!
My wife and I were in town for a wedding. This condo was perfect for our stay. Very clean, great location, with a nice view of the pool. This would be a great place for a small family to stay and enjoy the amenities. Amanda was easy to get in touch with, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great Relaxing trip
Amanda was great host - condo had extras that added convenience to the trip. Pool was wonderful with a lazy river! Condo located right next to restaurant and clubhouse. We had a wonderful stay! See you next year

Great Getaway Spot!
Great place for 2 to getaway! Short and nice walk to the beach, or even shorter drive to bescj access. Lots of nice restaurants and shops within 10-minute drive.
