Dmitris, Irene, Nikos very helpful best reception team! We spent a few days at this hotel and were very pleased with our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling – from check-in to check-out, we felt genuinely welcome. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The beds were very cozy and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax. Breakfasts were also a highlight – a wide variety of fresh options and great coffee. The hotel is in a convenient location – close to main attractions, yet in a quiet area, which makes it perfect for rest and relaxation. We definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future!

This was mine and my partner’s first trip to Crete and it was just perfect. Good clean hotel with fast check in process and we felt very welcomed right away. The room was ready for us and it was clean as to be expected so zero issues there. Food was great and there was plenty available. The snack corner that was open throughout the day was great and I found myself at the ice cream section daily. The one thing that really impressed me was the animation team and the entertainment. For me the animation team really brung the energy and they went out their way to go round and be friendly and have a chat between their entertainment slots so for me that made it just a whole better experience. Kimo really gets the crowd involved and makes the entertainment top tier. Would recommend and I would definitely come back again.

The hotel rooms are gorgeous and have a strong sense of character, opting for warm wood accents as opposed to the monotone white I have seen previously at Greek hotels. The staff are an absolute gem, with many thanks to Dora and Eftihie for a very warm welcome. Also many thanks to Eirini, Dimitris, Nikos, Antonis, and Sara for helping us with a minor problem with our room.
