Gibt bessere Ubterkunfte unweit davon. Schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Hotel, auf Mail wurde laut Hotel geantwortet, und wurde daran festgehalten, aber nach eingehender Kontrolle vor-Ort haben sie die Mail nie gemacht oder abgeschickt. Unser reserviertes Zimmer war nicht mehr frei, bekamen ein normales Doppelzimmer, und zudem wurde dann noch nicht einmal der Preis angepasst..

We made a reservation in this hotel bc it looked charming and they advertise as having parking available, which is a must for our journeys when selecting a hotel. What a surprise, we arrived and were told that there only 4 parking spaces and they were all taken. We were never advised of this lack of sufficient parking prior to our arrival. We were told to go by the beach or any street in town and park there, we looked in the surroundings and there no parking spaces, so we decided to leave and headed to Hondarribia. What’s upsetting is that they charge us for your room prior to our arrival and that the description of the hotel is so deceptive, basically THERE IS NO PARKING, neither in the city nor in the hotel. Very disappointing

Séjour anniversaire. Arrivée et entrée de l'hôtel dans une petite rue pavée. Jolie façade ancienne et intérieur très bien entretenu. Arrivée dans la chambre, une merveille, claire avec un mur entier vitré et une vue splendide sur la mer. Personnel très souriant, aux petits soins. A proximité de petites rues commerçantes et bar à taps très agréables. A recommander.
