Baladerry Inn

If you’re looking for a quiet escape, this B&B is the place. My husband believes it can never be too quiet—and even he was thrilled! The peaceful setting was just what we needed. Breakfasts were fabulous—thoughtfully prepared and delicious. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea always available (cold drinks were offered for a small fee). The patio was a lovely place to unwind, with access to a hot tub and fire pit for relaxing evenings under the stars. The entire property was spotless, and the hosts clearly take pride in maintaining a welcoming space. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered plenty of helpful information and recommendations. At the same time, they fully respected our privacy, giving us space to truly relax. Ample, free parking was another bonus. All in all, a wonderful stay—and one we would absolutely recommend.

Historic Inn, beautiful setting, 10 mins from Gettysburg. Very welcoming hosts. Great home made breakfast. Deer and Chipmunk visit the garden.

This is our third stay at the Baladerry! Everything is spotless, the bed very comfy, the breakfast incredible and Judy and Kenny make you feel like you’re a part of their family! They go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible! Cannot say enough great things about the Inn!

We love the Baladerry Inn. The owners Kenny & Judy are the most welcoming and friendly hosts. This was our second time staying at the Inn. The rooms are beautiful. You are served a fresh homemade breakfast prepared by Kenny and Judy each morning. Location is absolutely the best whether it’s early in the morning or in the evening you can see Deers walking through the grounds and sometimes you can even hear the goats of the nearby neighbors. It is such a calming place to stay. We will definitely go back again. I highly recommend if you’re traveling to the Gettysburg area you need to stay at the Baladerry Inn!

I'm pleased to give Baladerry Inn a 5-star review. The Inn truly is a best of stays. While close enough to town and the historic site, the Inn is situated on a serene and pastoral expanse of land. It's a real getaway. Innkeepers Judy and Ken are passionate about providing guests with a comfortable stay in an immaculate, pleasant, and attractive environment. Breakfasts are fresh, home-cooked, and delicious.

I stayed at the Baladerry Inn for a very chill bachelorette weekend. I found this place after doing lots of research about what the best one in the area was, and I settled on the Baladerry Inn. I think I was correct! The rooms were comfortable and the right amount of cute, the service was lovely, we felt very comfortable to hang out in the common areas, and the hot tub was an added bonus. It was a wonderful, peaceful time, and we all highly recommend going to Gettysburg Goat Yoga right down the road as well!
