"Environment: The environment is great, the location is excellent, close to the main street, and the room has a good view.
Hygiene: very good
Facilities: Complete facilities and easy to use
Service: The hotel's front desk service is in place and responsive to all requests. Breakfast was good but dinner was not. Don't listen to the reviews online. The dinner at this restaurant is really bad. The combination of every ingredient is ridiculous and the price is too high. There are many restaurants around the hotel, so there is no need to dine in the hotel.
Overall, it's a comfortable place to live and the services are in place."

"My phone didn't work, should have contacted reception to fix it. First I couldn't find how to switch on lights in the bathroom, later one light at the bed wound't switch off, had to cover it with blanket to sleep... In general hotel is very good but you won't expect any issues paying the highest price for room in all Gibraltar."

"The rooms are quite large and the location is pretty good, surrounded by commercial streets. The room facilities are average, with heating and air conditioning, but without a kettle. A bottle of water and a pound vending machine on the ground floor are more expensive than London. The charging plug is not sufficient. The service was fine. The overall hygiene seemed to be in order, there was a mosquito drain in the room."

"The breakfast at the hotel is very good. Check-in is after 2 o'clock. It is very convenient to go to Caifangfang Beach and the airport. There is a bus station next to it. I will stay here again next time I have a chance. It's very good."
