Brandi's Bluebonnet Bungalow features a full kitchen with a Keurig coffee pot, a King bed, ensuite bath, a wood burning fire-pit, gas grill, and a bonus Queen sleeper sofa, bringing the total occupancy to 4! Plus, children AND pets are welcome at this peaceful country cottage! Bring along the family and your furry friends and experience a true Texas getaway! · · Rates for this property are based on double occupancy, additional persons beyond 2 will be charged $35 per person per night · · Please note: There is a limit of 2 pets, not to exceed 35lbs. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet, per night. Pets MUST be kenneled if left unattended in the home. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
