I visited this hotel because it was a new hotel that had just opened. The rooms were clean and there were many amenities, and there was a convenience store on the basement floor, which was nice. There was a Chinese restaurant on the 8th floor, and the food was delicious.

최악의 주말이였습니다. 1층 식당은 주말저녁인데도 이용도 불가했고 매니저 응대는 더더욱 최악입니다. 무슨 11시까지 운영이라 해놓고 매니저는 8시에 입구 컷을 하지 않나, 2번이나 식당가서 운영시간 물어보고 이용가능한지 묻는데도 손님인 내가 잘못이해했다고 오히려 얘기도 안 한말을 지어내질 않나, 최악입니다. 부대시설은 롯데 직영이아닌데 5성급 부대시설을 관리도 못하고, 카운터에 컴플레인해도 쓸데없는 부대시설 매니저가 나와 헛소리나 해대고. 최악의 저녁시간 이였습니다. 입실 체크인 웨이팅도 1시간이 걸리고 대기의자도 부족한데 그나마 앉은의자는 외부 햇빛은 다 들어와서 쩌죽는줄 알았네요. 인터넷예매는 모바일 체크인도 안 되고 무슨 3성급 보다 떨이지고, 중국 4성보다도 못하네요. 롯데시티호텔만도 못하는 서비스와 고객응대에 기가 막힘니다. 애들한테 미안할 정도로 기다림의 연속과 부대시설이 최악입니다. 건물 겉만 번지르르에 직원들 교육이나 응대도 부족이 여실히 느껴지는 서비스늘 받았다는 느낌조차없는 곳입니다. 화장실 문틀 나무형태 벽지도 울어있고, 수건에는 이물질이 있네요. 아침에 TV는 인터넷 수신이 안 되는지 1시간동안 노이즈화면을 보고 있었네요. 다신 경남 김해나, 롯데김해는 가지 않을 생각입니다.
