"In order to visit Glen Luna, the price was reasonable while trying to catch a hotel in Gimpo. For business hotels, all kinds of things are prepared, especially the toner emerald shower towels that are not good elsewhere are the most satisfying. Highly recommended if you go to sleep lightly for a day."

AAnonymous UserIt's clean and nice. The location is good with a lot of food nearby. In particular, the front desk lady was friendly and the breakfast was not bad. Everything is good except that it is a bit inconvenient to have to go down to the front desk when there are not enough towels.

AailserThe hotel's design and service were really good, but when I first got assigned to a room, the condition wasn't great, so I had to change rooms several times. Even so, the good thing was that I was able to use it without any inconvenience because I trusted the service.
If you bring a car, you must contact the front desk. That way, you can get a discount on parking fees.

CCindyThe hotel was in a good location perfectly positioned. Close to the train station and a variety of restaurants and shops. The room was a good size. We were on the 14th floor and the view was amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful and recommended some really nice restaurants in walking distance. There was even a McDonald's. I would definitely stay there again.

GGuest UserStavia hotel has good service. The room was very comfortable. The morning breakfast was tasty, but, come a bit early before it runs cold at 9:50am. The location is a bit isolated but it has immediate access to restaurants and convenience store. If you’re looking for nightlife you’ll to take a taxi for about 25 minutes to Hongdae. Overall, we had a lovely stay! Thank you!

RRyann EllisFow what we paid it was a decent hotel. The room was clean and enough for 3 people. I used the gym which was small but good for a simple workout. The remote in our room didnt work when we arrived but it was a simple fix and staff was kind to come and help. The only complaint was the wifi. The connection was awful. Even though there were so many routers to choose from none of them would connect properly. The location is great. It's close to the outlet mall which has food and drunk plus the bus comes round often. The closest metro is Gaehwa by either bus or taxi.

GGuest UserThere’s plenty to like about this hotel. Great location and gorgeous pools. However, there are two issues that ruined my experience.
1. The front desk doesn’t speak English. For a 4 star hotel next to an airport, this isn’t acceptable. I don’t blame the representatives though. It’s clearly a managerial decision.
2. Everything at the pool costs money. Chairs, beds, lounge chairs. No one uses them because no one wants to pay. It’s insulting.
The property is great, but management doesn’t care about basic customer service.

CCaro M3The laundry service is really convenient. it is close to the outlets for the shoppers. People are nice but not very helpful to be honest. The location of the hotel is not quite convenient for transportation, not even to take a taxi. You need to pay for using the pool and using a sunbathing chair is charged sparetly🤨. The reception personel don't speak fluent English which in my opinion should improve.
