Everything was amazing. Ms. Sunita gave us an incredible massage. The food was freshly made absolutely delicious!. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and well maintained. Amazing experience. Will definitely visit again.

The experience at Woods at Sasan was nothing short of perfection. The staff; Lydia, Yogesh and Vijay were very warm and welcoming and made sure we had a comfortable stay throughout. The interior of Pavilion was immaculate, offering a wide patio seating surrounded with greenery and an exterior open shower. The housekeeping team ensured everything remained spotless throughout our stay. The spa and wellness facilities were rejuvenating. Dining at Swadesh with live music was an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences. Concierge services helped us explore the city effortlessly, arranging exclusive experiences like Gir Safari and Fishing by the river that made our trip even more memorable. They also conduct yoga, pottery, and water painting sessions. Overall, Woods at Sasan exceeded all our expectations. If you are seeking relaxation, fine dining and warm hospitality, this hotel delivers on every front. Highly recommended for those looking for a truly five-star experience!

Extremely Poor Hospitality and Unhygienic Conditions at Woods at Sasan - Gir I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Woods at Sasan hotel in Sasan Gir. We checked in on 02 June and from the beginning, the condition of the room was completely unacceptable: The room was not clean, and there were insects in the bed. We found lizards inside the room, which made us very uncomfortable. The toilet appeared to have been previously used and was not cleaned properly. The TV was not functioning. Despite making several complaints to the staff, no action was taken to resolve any of these issues. Due to this extremely poor level of hygiene and service, we had no option but to check out early. The charges we paid were too high for such substandard conditions, and we feel completely dissatisfied and disappointed by the experience. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences we’ve had, and we request an appropriate response and refund for the inconvenience cause. Umang Patel

Best hotel, rooms, atmosphere, ambience. Best nature. Must recommended place to visit for everyone. The staff the atmosphere. The food and quality was very good. The service and teams is very friendly and cooperative I suggest everyone to visit woods atleast once in your lifetime.

The retreat is immersed fully in nature. It perfectly blended Gir jungle's adventures with rejuvenation! Some of the experiences that are rare to find in the country. I must say, that my "soul" had an unforgettable experience. Architecture mixed with water created a visually striking view across the whole retreat! We rode into the sunset with their in-house gypsy... The entire property is a lush oasis. Natural wood came together to give us an inspiring stay experience, known as wood studios! Thr property also boasts a unique Mango Bar concept because of how the entire retreat is surrounded by mango trees & much more.. Special mentions to Mr. Vijay (Chauffeur), Mr. Yogesh, a young enthusiastic (naturalist) & Ms. Ledia, the (asst. guest relations executive) who'll make you feel you're home. Lemme tell you hospitality is in her cultural DNA ＜3

BUYER BEWARE - I am writing this review to warn visitors who are planning to stay at Woods at Sasan. I made a booking for this property in early February but then had to cancel for some reason. I processed the cancellation per their process and well within their cancellation policy and received confirmation of the same. I was told that the refund would be issued within 20 days. It has now been 45 days and I still do not have my refund. I have tried to very patiently follow up multiple times. I am either told by the manager that they need to check with their accounts department or my calls/emails/WhatsApp messages are not answered. I do not live in India and so it is hard for me to keep following up. It is a sizable amount of money and I am truly dismayed at the fact that a company that is supposedly a high-end operation would be so unresponsive, callous and ultimately, deceitful. Please be forewarned before making a booking here.

We had such a wonderful stay at this super-luxury resort! Wow. The food was the best we've had in 2 weeks of traveling India, the rooms and entire layout & grounds are so beautifully laid out offering a totally secluded, tranquil, rejuvenating escape, and they even had espresso coffee! The staff were super lovely and attentive, the pool was a dream, and there were so many relaxing experiences to enjoy from massages and a unique 'Sound Bath', pottery making, and of course lion safaris ton the nearby Gir national park, to see the amazing Asiatic Lions! I'd love to come back.
