We loved staying at Clockwise GuestRooms. Firstly, our hostess was fantastic. She looked after us so well, and made us a delicious breakfast every morning, catering to our particular needs. Secondly, the room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Finally, the location of the guest house was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful, and we had a wonderful view of the castle, and easy access to all the main attractions of the town through a tunnel under the castle. I would definitely recommend.

It was a wonderful experience. The hospitality of the owner was impeccable. The view was magnificent. We had a wonderful breakfast with traditional food. The place was very cozy with traditional elements. All to all 5 to 5. Thank you for your service. Best Ina See you soon.

Very convenient and cozy place close to the center. The hospitality was really good and the rooms were very cozy with a great balcony view. The mornings were served with traditional food mostly and we enjoyed the coffee and all the good vibe and conversation with the hostess.

Amazing host! Perfect, cozy, and comfortable guesthouse. Traditional breakfasts included, great location - a true hidden gem. The host is very caring and hospitable, and brought me homemade soup from her house when I got sick. Clockwise guestrooms put in a lot of effort and go the extra mile for their customers. Would stay here again!

The host is what makes this place! We planned to stay one night and ended up staying 2. Room as described, great breakfast served each morning by host with wonderful views over town. Joana (host) has excellent English and therefore was great with directions and recommendations. We arrived very late having booked that morning and was easily able to connect to WiFi on arrival to contact host who was there within 2mins to check us in. Parking directly outside room. Excellent wifi. Don’t trust google maps and recommend contacting beforehand for directions if arriving late-we got a little lost but did find it (host had tried to send directions via booking app but we didn’t have connection). 10min walk from old bazaar- close but without all the noise. Tips: Girokaster is hilly- you need grippy shoes and if travelling on foot organise transport as guest house is an uphill climb. If not confident driving, recommend arriving to anywhere in Girokaster in daytime as most roads are very narrow

If I could wake everyday to the view from the terrace and a delicious breakfast prepared by Joana, I would! The room was clean and comfortable with handmade features and it’s clear that Joana takes pride in her establishment. It is an easy walk to the old town, castle, Ali Pasha bridge etc. Gjirokastër is a lovely place that everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime. Highly recommended *****

Agreable chambre, avec un super bon matelas. Salle de bain, petite mais pratique. Petit balcon avec une superbe vue. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. L’hôte est agréable, et connaît très bien sa région. Elle vous donne de bonnes informations par rapport à votre style de vacances. Super bien située, près des animations, mais au calme.
