酒店性價比相當高，因熱帶風暴影響，需要續住一晚，前台的服務員給了非常優惠的價格，有機會一定再次入住。

From the moment we walked into reception the service was excellent. Reception staff were extremely warm and lovely. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean spacious and the bathroom products amazing. Every staff member we encountered were friendly and nothing was a problem. Highly recommend the Oaks to everyone. Thankyou for making our stay memorable

房間乾淨舒適，前台大姐極其熱情，細緻解答所有問題，還幫忙叫出租車

上海倫島前一晚的住宿，酒店挺大，房間乾淨，設施全，可以做飯。周邊環境也不錯，停車方便，到碼頭距離不遠

很滿意 很方便。還有個小廚房。

Good comfy spacious hotel room incl laundry and dryer in the bathroom. Kitchen on the side with table etc. Big balcony as well. Some little detail errors (e.g. lamp not complete and or not being informed in advance about certain service (brekkie) not being provided

出差住的，格拉德斯通

房間很大，位置很好，周圍很多吃飯的地方，位於小城的中心，附近還有一個公園可以逛逛。前台人員也非常熱情。

去凱恩斯路過Gladstone 定了這個酒店住了一晚 挺好的 很乾凈 床也舒服 有個小廚房 可以自己做早餐 推薦入住

Lovely hotel and staff, very friendly and welcoming. Room was an excellent size and bed very comfy. A bad smell from the toilet, but closing the door prevented it from coming into the room.
