A very friendly and affordable hotel, perfect for tourists taking the Gladstone ferry to the island. The shop owner will drive to the dock the next day. They also helped us store our extra luggage in the store for free for four days and picked it up when we came back from the island.
Very good, definitely recommended!

Good value
Friendly and quick checkin. Nice comfortable room and King bed. Bathroom good. Overall good value. Walkable to esplanade parks one way or city centre the other. Would definitely stay again.

My 2nd time staying at this property in the last 12 months. rooms very spacious, good desk, useful table and dining chairs, firm but comfortable bed. TV and AC both worked well. Very clean throughout and although the hotel was quite full no issues with noise or other guests etc

We just stayed there for night rest as we were driving down from Airlie Beach to River Heads. It was all practical and what we needed for one night.

Staff was super helpful...he worked hard, was professional...carried through with what was promised...ie ride to the Jetty.
The accommodation was very clean, tidy...and quiet.
Only issue was the restaurant was no longer functional...
I would certainly stay here again.
