"Although it is not very close to the airport, the hotel has free parking and the surrounding environment is very convenient, which is very suitable for travelers who drive. The room equipment is novel and clean, and the front desk staff is friendly. The breakfast is particularly worthy of praise. The food items and quality provided are excellent. The coin-operated washing and drying machines are also helpful. I originally planned to stay for two days, but I liked it so much that I stayed an extra day. I will definitely stay here next time I have a chance to go to Chicago."

"I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. There is a 24-hour burger on the north side of the hotel, but there is free coffee available in the hotel sooner or later. No extra bed available. Suitable for children, there is a swimming pool, good. Location is close to Highway 64. There is parking, free of charge."

"The environment is good and the service is good. Breakfast included, ice making available.
Two bad experiences,
1. Another friend ordered it on the same day as me. It cost about 550 a day, but I ordered 600. Is this the so-called killing?
2. The thing they call blanket on the inside of the hotel quilt is stained and disgusting. However, after I went down to communicate, I was given a new bed and I changed it myself. 6"

"Besides needing staff to cover busy times such as check in and out, the accomodations are excellent. Clean marble bathrooms with white towels. Beds white as snow and comfortable. First time seen house staff friendly and responsive to your needs. Downers Grove hotel have elevators to third floor. Breakfast was standard for first and menu posted for each morning and the eating area was clean and kept maintained by kitchen staff as people dined left tables..Noise free rooms. Individual temperature rooms controls. Wide hallways and have communication friendly rooms whatever these are. Again, communication to the front desk from room was cumbersome as long rings to answer from phones I'm rooms by front desk staff lady. Can perhaps use a two person a peak times or as a balance during the day for better response."
