服務很差，因為行程原因提前一天和酒店商量取消，經過本人和攜程多次協商就是不給取消，改酒店離市區和機場都非常遠，到機場打車要500元，總之太不人性化啦

我住過最差的體驗！不推薦，隔壁IBIS都比他強多了。衞生差！服務差！ 加錢吃他們的早餐7天，就去了3天;凳子上都是麪包碎不説，餐廳沒什麼兩樣吃的也就算了，衞生差真的不可原諒！桌子上叉子都還沒洗乾淨，換了一個還臟的，閉着眼睛吃吧！去拿吃的，拿起一個盤子，臟的，給他們服務員拿回去，sorry也沒一句，就放下一邊了。我再去拿第二個盤子，拿起來隨便看了沒食慾殘渣就裝了食物放桌子上，再去倒杯水結果也發現杯子臟的。回來吃到一半，發現我第二次拿的盤子還是臟的，有雞蛋液幹了在盤子上，想吐！找他們服務員投訴，問他我應不應該繼續吃，他毫不在意的説，當然，你去換個盤子繼續就好了。找她經理投訴，不經意説了一句：***?怎麼能這樣子讓我換盤子繼續吃?經理居然也不道歉，説請你注意你的用詞，在澳洲你什麼都可以説沒錯，但不在我這裏！什麼服務態度！
