A very well positioned Premier Inn, with plenty of parking in an area of Leicester close to amenities. The staff were welcoming, friendly yet professional. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were attending a "wake" which had been booked with the Gynsill Restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Please notify the Restaurant that the food for the wake was amazing, fresh, a great assortment, something for everyone. So for us it was the perfect place to stay with family and friends in either direction of where the hotel was positioned. The bed....oh the bed.....such a good nights sleep..soooo good. We will be booking this same venue on our next visit to Leicester.

It's a premier inn. We have stayed in better and worse. Bed quite comfy. Tv not great as usual. There was a fan running all night which was very annoying. The staff were helpful and friendly. It's ashame they don't have a restaurant. The pub next door was good and very reasonably priced.

old style rooms , toiled flush was not working. baby cart was broken , no extra duvet for 3rd bed , bit disappointed , no AC, lighting was poor. We were extremely tired and it was too late to call for any assistance was staying just for that night.

Stayed here with my son. Staff were super friendly and really helpfull. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel highly. We had breakfast in the pub attached to the hotel. The food was really good and the coffee hit the spot.

There was mould in the bathroom and, more of an issue there was mould in bedroom. The food was not nice, for the price. The burger I had was ok to be fair but just not great. Staff were pretty miserable too unfortunately. Breakfast in a dirty pub and poor quality. Just not a great stay. In future I would pay more for a different hotel.

Great stay, staff always friendly, Callum on reception massive help and made sure we had everything we needed. The kids loved the little chocolate bars and keyrings with their names on, 100% would recommend and shall return on our next outing to the area

This is a great premier inn with all the essentials you need. The rooms are comfy and of ample size. Free parking on site. Not too far from the motorway (M1) and Leicester city centre. There is a large pub in site that caters the morning breakfast and has a restaurant for evening meal. The staff are very friendly. I have stayed here a number of times and never had any issues. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the were staff welcoming and kind and parking was ample. The restaurant next door is not affiliated with premier inn but they serve a premier breakfast. The restaurant was terrible in every way. We couldn’t bring ourselves to eat there. We stayed on a Saturday night and had issues with noisy guests at night and in the early hours of the morning. They probably came from the pub/restaurant dive place next door.
