Most awful hotel experience ever. Roaches, disgusting and filthy carpet in the 3 bedroom apartment, ADA issues. My nephew, a one yr old toddler, walked around barefoot for 15 minutes and his feet were black with dirt from the carpets in the upstairs apartment. The front office staff was extremely rude. They wouldn’t speak over the phone after we told them we were recording the call and hung up on us 3x’s. Told us they wouldn’t only speak in person.

The hotel features spacious rooms, although the beds could benefit from updating due to staining. The A/C window unit functions effectively. Unfortunately, the pools close excessively early. The hot tub was not operational upon our arrival and remained closed during our stay, thus we were unable to utilize it. Due to the fires in the area, the outdoor pool was inaccessible because of poor air quality. The breakfast offered a plethora of sugary items, such as Ding Dongs and cold donuts. The compact coffee maker was a pleasant touch, but the breakfast area was cramped and crowded, lacking protein options and a waffle or pancake maker. This was disappointing, especially considering the ongoing construction, which adds to the bustle. The towels were thin but emitted a clean scent, although some have clearly seen better days. Non-smokers may find it challenging, as numerous guests smoked directly outside my room. I wish the hotel enforced a smoke-free policy. The outdoor chairs provided outside the doors were a nice touch. Receiving an actual key was a novelty that my children thoroughly enjoyed, evoking a retro vibe. The hot water was exceptionally hot, which was appreciated. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided, which was wonderful. Starbucks is conveniently located across the street. While the hotel is not within walking distance to the hot springs, it remains a pleasant establishment.

This is a nice motel but it is old. The room was clean. We had a king room. They do need to maybe get some nicer bath towels and I did see a couple of bugs but that’s to be expected in an older place. The breakfast was typical and we were able to get what we needed. Would be nicer to have some bacon and eggs maybe. The only downside really is the location is a bit far from downtown but that could be a plus since it was so busy downtown with traffic. Overall our stay was just fine!

Great location! Welcoming staff on front desk - helpful throughout our stay. Rooms: older style but spotlessly clean and functional. Beds, so comfortable. Facilities: indoor, outdoor pool. Loads of spaces outside to relax and gather together for people. The other guests were respectful during our stay. It can be a little noisy in the early mornings if people are leaving but nothing can be done about that. Things nearby: next door and opposite to gas stations and shop. Starbucks, Wendy’s and Walmart. Loved it and would stay again and recommend!

It wasn't the best start to our stay. It was pouring with rain, and the woman on reception was not very friendly. I had requested a ground floor room, but told one wasn't available. No apology, or offer to help with our luggage. We are in our seventies, and both find climbing stairs with luggage difficult. The stairs were very dark, and the walls needed to be repainted. The room also seemed very dark, with no ceiling light. It was a disappointing start, but things did improve after that. The room and the bed were comfortable, and there was a nice shower. We used both swimming pools, and especially enjoyed the outside pool. The breakfast room was quite small, but the staff did an amazing job, restocking items as soon as it was needed. The staff we encountered during out stay were all very friendly, especially the manager, who even delayed some maintainance work by the pool so that we could have a swim before we checked out. There were several areas around the complex where you could sit, including a pretty garden area. It wasn't a great start, but in the end we really enjoyed our stay.
