At its core, this is simply a very well-run establishment; one where the owners and managers clearly strike the right balance between smart business and genuine hospitality. Our room was spotless, well-equipped with every basic amenity, and offered one of the best hotel sleeps I’ve had in years. The hot water even held strong through back-to-back showers for our family of four, no small feat! The ocean view is sublime, the pool is clean and refreshing, and the location is ideal, just a 15-minute walk to beautiful Good Harbor Beach. What stood out most was the service. I made several requests during our stay, and each one was met with thoughtful, supportive responses. Even when something couldn’t be accommodated, the communication was prompt, honest, and fair, a sign of truly good management. There’s real value in authentic service, and Atlantis delivers it effortlessly. Thank you, Atlantis, for a gorgeous and memorable visit to this beautiful corner of the world. The boys were big fans of the inn and, of course, the cookies!

When we travel to the coastline, my husband and I try to find a hotel where we can hear the waves breaking across the rocks from our room. The Atlantis did not disappoint. We stayed in a king oceanfront room. The view was great, everything including the outdoor balcony, was immaculate and the service/staff were excellent. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast every day. I appreciated our waitress, and the hostesses at the restaurant who greeted us and everyone else so pleasantly each morning. I definitely would return.

Nice, clean room and great customer service! we had stayed next-door at ocean house hotel at bass rock a few weeks prior and it was very dirty and the customer service was absolutely horrible. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and these folks made up for it. I highly recommend it. The room was spotless and the customer service was great!

Such a beautiful sight from my balcony over-looking the Atlantic Ocean. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant, and enjoyed a lovely walk on the sidewalk along the coast. Very convenient to downtown. Heard the beach was close, but didn’t get to Good Harbor Beach. Pool looked nice, but weather was cool. Well worth a stay.

We have been there many times. Friendly and competent staff, clean updated rooms, convenient on-site breakfast dining and great location! W will be back.
