Holiday Inn GLOUCESTER - CHELTENHAM by IHG ★★★★

"After an incident at Oxford University, we reached at the hotel quite late but the receptionist treated us professionally. Love the room and the hotel ambiance. if only we could stay at the hotel longer."

The New Inn by Roomsbooked ★★★

Hotel Indigo Gloucester - The Forum by IHG ★★★★

"Beautiful hotel and a great night sleep"

The Thatch Inn ★★★

"I had trouble checking in and had to get help from the bar staff who were very helpful The bedrooms were a bit on the small side for 2 people, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and it was very hot weather. The breakfast menu was adequate. We did not have dinner at the hotel. The bottom step on the main stairway had no markings on the edge, and one of my party fell down that step on 2 occasions. Fortunately he was not injured, but the matter needs redressing. We pointed it out to one of the bar staff who said he would pass on the comment. The staff were very pleasant at all times."

City Centre Guest House ★★★

"The location was excellent & has parking at the facility which I'm pleased about. It is a self check-in so some guidance in terms of do's & dont's, along with what amenities/facilities are available or something to explain the check-out times & some sort of contact in terms of queries could help. My room was in basement (was not given any option nor knew it before I turned up at the hotel) & it was a bit smelly despite a good clean. Again, since I didn't know who/how I could reach out to about it, wouldn't say that was the best of the experiences."

Premier Inn Gloucester (Quayside) ★★★

"Staff helpful enough, but the room smell and not the best no remote control etc. no one mans the desk . Just a budget hotel with budget staff and bad rooms"

Gloucester Robinswood Hotel by Sunday ★★★★

"It was generally fine, although the water pressure in the shower was not good"

Linden Tree ★★★

"Great veggi breakfast! Everything super fresh and cooked perfectly. The mushrooms in particular were delicious. Really friendly staff and a lovely warm environment. An absolute must for breakfast or anytime of day."
