"The only member of staff I met was the housekeeper. Room was clean (stayed 2 nights, not cleaned daily). Breakfast was okay. Duvet was small , more suitable for a mid-size adult. I asked whether I could checkout later than 10:00 but email was ignored. I asked again, and the answer was negative because ”they wanted to clean the room”. "Arrived late at night and hotel was 3 minutes from the airport. Lots of building work around as the next door hotel is built but no noise or disturbances. Staff were great and breakfast had lots of choice. Room was clean and comfy."

"The main advantage of this hotel is its location. It is literally next to the airport, which makes it an ideal option for travelers. A huge plus is the free shuttle service, which arrives very quickly after landing and also takes you back to the airport. This is really convenient and saves a lot of time. As for the room, this time we stayed in a small double room. There are a few things that could be improved. The shower door was broken and didn’t close properly, so some water leaked onto the floor. There were also too few power outlets — it would be great to have more. I couldn’t switch the air conditioning to heating mode, and the room felt a bit chilly. The radiator in the bathroom didn’t work either, even when turned on to maximum, which was inconvenient because I wanted to dry some clothes. The lighting in the bathroom was quite poor. It would also be very convenient if slippers and bathrobes were provided in the room. On the positive side, the bed was extremely comfortable, with a great mattress and soft pillows. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was very quiet — we slept wonderfully. We especially appreciated the blackout curtains, which completely block out light and make the room perfectly dark. A special compliment goes to the kitchen. We ordered room service — a burger, goulash, and cappuccino — everything was incredibly delicious, a true 10 out of 10. Breakfast was also impressive: a wide variety of dishes, from steamed and boiled to fried options. Lots of snacks and cheeses — everyone can find something to their taste. In summary, there are some things that could be improved, but overall the hotel left a very good impression. Next time we travel through Budapest, we will stay here again."
