The overall property is clean and well maintained. Staff is nice and helpful. Very co-operative in arranging customised requests. Suites are very well maintained and you would simply love your stay at the property. Walkable from Kudle Beach. Hardly 200-300 m

Subject: Disappointing Experience with MakeMyTrip Gift Voucher & Hotel Stay I recently used a ₹30,000 MakeMyTrip gift voucher, expecting a seamless experience. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed to find that the voucher could only be used for hotel bookings and was not applicable to other services like cabs or buses. This limitation felt restrictive and misleading — a poor experience overall. If MMT is promoting gift vouchers, they should ideally be valid across all services, not just limited to one. As it stands, it felt more like a marketing gimmick than a valuable offering. Coming to the hotel experience, it was far from satisfactory. --The welcome and greeting were lackluster. --No manager was available on the premises. --There was no bellboy assistance during arrival. --The receptionist was unhelpful and unwelcoming. --Food served in broken crockery --I booked a "garden view" room, but the view from the balcony was nothing more than a dump yard, not at all what was shown or promised on the website. On a slightly positive note: The room size and amenities were good. The location was close to the beach, which did help us make some pleasant memories. However, overall, this could have been a much better experience, both with MMT’s gift voucher terms and the hotel service quality. I hope MMT takes this feedback seriously and works on making both the voucher usage and hotel listings more transparent and customer-friendly.

Stayed there on the year end of 2024 and have to say that the property is great. Is has a great beach view ( while the beach access is not direct from the property but very very near). But it is the closest hotel I think to the Kudle beach. Room was awesome, Loved the large room and the nice bathroom with the water tub. Balcony was great too, which was over seeing the beach. We (Me and my wife) enjoyed the SPA as well. It was fantastic at the cost they charged. Highly recommend.

The approach road to the resort almost 1.5 kms is horrible & pathetic. The food quality & taste is not so good the cook has to be changed immediately. The maintenance is good.

The Hotel room was well maintained and hygenic. The resort had a good beach view from few rooms and the restaurant. However, the breakfast was average and the outside of the hotel and the approach road had no lighting
