Ότι πιο βρώμικο υπάρχει Το Hotel Bonita είναι το πιο αηδιαστικό ξενοδοχείο στη Βουλγαρία. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ βρώμικο, η πισίνα είναι γεμάτη βρωμιά και αντηλιακό, το προσωπικό είναι γκρινιάρικο και δυσκολεύεται να χαμογελάσει, μόνο λίγοι είναι φιλικοί. Ο πρωινός μπουφές τους είναι βαρετός και δεν υπάρχει εξήγηση για το μεγαλύτερο μέρος του φαγητού. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν πληροί τα πρότυπα της ΕΕ και θα πρέπει να κλείσει!! Το φαγητό είναι μη βρώσιμο. Τα δωμάτια είναι εντάξει, αλλά η καθαριότητα είναι κακή και τα δωμάτια βρωμάνε λύματα. Τα δωμάτια είναι γεμάτο έντομα και το αποχωρητήριο κλειστό.

Spoiled food and leftovers, enterocolitis, humiliation, misery! What was supposed to be a nice family vacation turned into an experience that made us count the remaining days until we can return home. I am not a demanding person and I was expecting that for a smaller amount of money than that at other hotels there would be no fancy food or luxury rooms, but we did not expect, by paying, to find worse conditions than in a prison. And here I am primarily referring to the food - in the image below you can see a bitten sausage, placed among the food in the all inclusive restaurant from the plates brought to the kitchen. And I found 3 times such food bitten and put back. Not to mention the fact that for 6 days, we ate the same food, without any differences - mushroom or cabbage soup, boiled potatoes, rice without any seasoning, almost raw eggs, all cooked in another form the next day if they were not consumed (egg-fried bread or rice wrapped in cabbage). The food from lunch was still there at dinner too, in an identical form. My mother and I laid sick in bed in the room for 3 days because of a bacteria taken from their food. And very poor cleaning, I left 2 visibly dirty towels on the floor to be replaced and found them wrapped on the bed. I announced this at the reception and others were brought to me, with a "take them and don't comment anymore" attitude. Plus red cockroaches that were nibbling on the fruits I had left on the table (see also the pictures) . The only advantages: the good position close to the beach and the sea view; the cute waitresses, some children who were trying to do their job, probably employed in conditions as inhuman as the other conditions in the hotel. Functional air conditioning in the rooms. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Better save some money and book somewhere where you won't be burdened with diseases and bad memories.

Wir hatten 5 Einzelzimmer,alle waren mit tollem Blick aufs Meer,es war alles da was man braucht ,deutsches TV,großer Balkon mit Tisch und 2 stühlen Betten super viele Kopfkissen,und alles sehr sauber ,,, Reinigung täglich 2 mal Wäschewechsel, Handtücher nach Bedarf ,das Frühstück war gut alles da vor allem jeden Tag frischen Baguette,ich kann die vielen schlechten Bewertungen gar nicht verstehen,,,also wir hatten eine tolle Woche,,,es wird auch deutsch gesprochen,und die Rezeption hat uns viele Tips für Ausflüge gemacht,hatten HP war auch in Ordnung und schmackhaft..also man muss sich immer selbst machen,,,wir fahren auf jeden Fall wieder hin,,ein Dankeschön ans gesamte Personal aus Berlin

Let me start by saying when I read reviews on here about things I normally think well that's their opinion and it could be different for me..well on this occasion I wish I'd taken note of the reviews because it was awful. Good bits.. Lovely reception staff.. Always had smile for you no matter what time of day. Comfortable bed... I want to know where they got it from so I can have one. Beach...The beach is only a 2 min walk across the road. Bad bits.. Food inedible...my son isn't a fussy eater but even he couldn't eat it. There were 2 choices but it was cold and swimming in grease, when they went to fill it up they put the new food on top of the old food,only 1 choice of cold meat and bit of salad which I might had was covered in fly's, tiny pieces of same cake every night and not much of it once it was gone it was gone. Sleep...Loud music from German bar across the road from lunchtime until gone midnight even with balcony door and bathroom window closed you can still hear it ,yes I know that's not the hotels fault but surely there is something can be done about it because you just can't sleep for the noise and you certainly can't sit on the balcony enjoying the fantastic sea views. Towels.. they only change them once in a week..went down to find out why but they said it's the hotel policy !!!! Pool area.... plenty of sun beds but a lot of them broke...pool area isn't very big and the pool is more of a plunge pool not swimming pool... There is no entertainment at the hotel but you are only a minute walk away from the bars and shops and yes that awful loud German bar too..This is more of a 2* plus hotel NOT 3*.

Отдыхали август 2022 года. Все классно! В номере убиралось, полотенца менялись, жили на 13 этаже. В номере кондиционер, холодильник, всегда есть горячая вода. Вид на море, засыпали и просыпались под шум моря! Персонал приветливый. Кухня отличная: все свежее вкусное, горячее, выбор большой. Фруктов вдоволь, десерта тоже, напитков разных. Единственное нет свое пляжа..... все платные места... ходили в поисках места на песке.... Море супер!!!!!!

We were in this hotel 2 weeks ago as our hony moon with my wife. All to gether , we were satisfied with this hotel comparing to the prices. The advantages of this hotel are: Great location in golden sands, good break fast, good view of balcony to black sea and golden sands. The disadvantages are: not clean pool and rooms, no room service even after 1 week staying and the elavatores were disaster. Overally, if you want an economic place I strongly recommend you to stay at Bonita Hotel.
