upreme Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail from the room to the warmth of the staff reflected exceptional hospitality. The sea view was breathtaking, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast spread offered a perfect balance of local and international choices and tested absolutely amazing.
What made my stay stand out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. If I can add more stars I would 😀

The hotel was modern and clean. Staff were not unpleasant but always looked miserable except one guy who worked on reception. The highlight of the hotel was the food (excluding breakfast), the food at dinner was excellent although the menu was predominantly seafood based. The breakfast was basic with no hot food offered or bread. The hotel gives itself 5 stars but it’s barely a 4 star. The hotel also says it’s a Spa but except for the outdoor pool, there is no Spa, no Jacuzzi/indoor pool/Sauna/steam room/gym/massage facility which to me is what makes a Spa. There is a good beach on your doorstep but if it’s not sunny then there is nothing to do here. There was 1 small shop and a pharmacy nearby and a few other hotels offering food but that’s it. There is a lot of construction going on nearby but it’s not noisy. Looks like it could be a good place to go in 5 years but not now. Transfer time from the airport was 40-50mins depending on time of the day. Best to book a taxi through the hotel as their rate of 50 euros was the cheapest, don’t take a non licensed taxi at the airport as they rip you off.

An excellent hotel with a wonderful location, close to the sea. The beach has very fine sand, with a gentle entrance into the water, with umbrellas, sun loungers and towels provided by the hotel. The room was very clean, with air conditioning that worked without any problems, with high-speed wi-fi that had signal even on the beach. We had all-inclusive, and the food was absolutely excellent, tasty and very diverse. The overall peaceful atmosphere makes the hotel suitable for couples with children and those over 40. Those looking for noise and wild entertainment don't belong here, but rather at some of the neighboring hotels. All the staff were very kind, smiling and attentive. Hotel Supreme was absolutely amazing! Extremely clean,with very friendly and helpful staff. The Restaurant is excellent-especially the sushi,probably the best we've ewer had! Huge preise to the restaurant Manager, professional and welcoming. Onli thing we missed:bringt able to buy drinks at the pool bar,bester cocktails, and a proper iced coffee with ice cream. We chose the Supreme Hotel based on the photos. Usually, reality doesn’t live up to the pictures — but not this time! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with modern interiors, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. There was a huge variety of food at every meal, and everything was delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and always smiling — every single time we met them. I can only recommend this place! We’ll definitely be coming back! Don’t miss it!!!🤩

Food was really good - shushi, grilled shrimps and high quality food in all inclusive Normally nights are loud due to street noise till 0:00 even if your room is in the back. The ventillation also make some noise

Perfect Spot for a Family Getaway! We stayed at SUPREME HOTEL for a family vacation, and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were super helpful with everything we needed—especially with the kids! Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with enough space for the whole family to relax. The kids loved the pool , and there were plenty of family-friendly options at breakfast, which made mornings easy. The location was great—close to local attractions, parks, and city of Durres and Kavaja. We really appreciated how family-friendly and safe everything felt. It made traveling with kids so much less stressful. Would definitely recommend SUPREME to any family looking for a fun, relaxing place to stay!
