Nabu Mountain Su (Sanjiebei Branch, Shaolin Scenic Area, Lushan)

A nice place up in the mountains where there is no mobile signal but there is wifi provided. I personally loved the experience, the owners will prepare local dishes for you and would sit and have the meal, chit chat and have drinks with you. That's the exact reason why you choose such lodgings. The interaction and experience is at a whole different level. Met up with a group of others staying there and decised to stay 1 more night as i was very comfortable with it. One of my best decisions made was to stay here. Chao Yang is also an artist if it makes any difference. Will be looking for a chance to stay again in future. However, you may need a car for transportation purposes, not sure if they provide such services though.

Very friendly host, helped us with everything. Close to Shaolin Temple. Home made breakfast. Good restaurant nearby.

The amenities of the accommodation was unsuitable for occupancy based on the following experiences. 1. Heater was not operational and when temperature plunged to sub-zero, host did not provide any viable solution. 2. host insist his heater was working as operational lights was seen and advised on switching it for a longer period of time. It was a futile action as temperature in room hovers between 0-1 degree Celsius. 3. despite requesting for keys to keep rooms locked while we go for daily travels, host ignored request. We had to leave rooms unlocked with security compromised. 4. bathing amenities was hugely lacking as disposable towels was provided instead. Without proper towels, it was not possible for guest to keep warm after showers. This compounded to the effect of cold as heater in room was not working. 5. when we first arrived, host requested that we cancel the rooms we booked on trip.com and reapply for 2 rooms which carry higher charges. Reason given was that they do not have the cheaper rooms we booked for. This was unethical. 6. the toilets’ stench was unbearable as the sewage was not functional. The flushing system was not working.

這是很有趣的一段旅程，和朋友兩家人相約出來玩，經過了一條小路之後在道路盡頭的停車區停下就看到了酒店的迎賓鴨子🤣，酒店的建築大約是當地取材，看上去很漂亮也很舒適。 酒店是寵物友好的（朋友有帶小狗去），酒店自己的小狗很友好而且特別漂亮，小貓有點膽小但是也是同樣的漂亮友善～ 附近的風景非常棒，停車場盡頭有一條小路可以用來散步，這個季節的嵩山真的很美。入夜之後環境非常安靜，在戶外除了深秋鈴蟲們的輕聲演奏之外幾乎沒有其他聲音，對於平時睡眠質量不佳的人來說真的很棒，可以讓人一覺睡到天亮～ 老闆是個很友善也很熱心的人，這裡的工作人員也都非常好，下次再來大概還會選擇這家！
