"All the staff are so friendly, especially, Eylül and Efe! willing to help with anything. They made sure that we are comfortable and well looked after. They speak English very well! Gave us a few tips what to do and what not to do at Cappadocia. Booked an airport transfer for us without charging us anything! The buffet breakfast has so many choices, all fresh and very yummy! The room is nice and clean, it gives you that feeling that you are staying in a cave. We will certainly come back to Cappadocia and will book rooms here! The view from the rooftop is incredible, it’s a pity we could not watch the air balloons because it was cancelled because it was windy! Thank you Eylül and Efe for looking after us."

"- staff are very helpful with booking sunrise/ sunset activities, making it fuss free for us. hot air balloon is a must! - views from the public terrace is lovely - housekeeping is sloppy. the room is not very clean the trash is not emptied at all throughout our 3 days stay. no bottled water refilled daily and they charge 60 lira for a tiny bottle of water at the reception. empty toiletries from previous guests are still in the room… - WC is not ventilated and very sandy not sure if it’s like this for other cave hotels too"

"The four-story Cappadocia Grand Hotel is located in the north of Goreme, not far from the hot air balloon landing site, and is very convenient for entering and leaving the town. The room facilities are simple but comfortable, with a large space, and there are elevators (very few other hotels in the town have), heating and swimming pools (it is too cold to use). You can book hot air balloon rides and tours to the surrounding areas through the hotel front desk, which is very reliable! I have to mention the two handsome guys at the front desk, Efe and Sinon; when we arrived at the hotel, Efe came out to greet us and took the initiative to carry our heavy suitcases into the hotel. Sinon, who speaks fluent Chinese, took the initiative to help us add WeChat to facilitate contacting them when we are playing in the local area. What surprised and touched us the most was that this trip was our child’s birthday trip; the weather was very good on the birthday, and we were lucky to book through the hotel and take the Brothers company hot air balloon to rise with the rising sun. In the evening, when we were eating outside, we received a WeChat message from Efa, asking if we needed help preparing a birthday cake; we declined politely because we were afraid of troubling the hotel. Unexpectedly, when I returned to the hotel room, I still saw the 2-pound cake prepared by the hotel. After tasting the delicious cake, we shared most of it with the hotel staff and thanked them for their love, which brought our birthday trip to a perfect end. The hotel is located in a quiet location with convenient transportation. It is only a 5-6 minute walk from the nearby Chinese restaurant. Quick China is highly recommended for travelers with Asian appetites. The hotel is also not far from the sunset view point. "This hotel was definitely wonderland. Inside and outside, truly stunning with the gorgeous Cappadocia back drop to compliment the beautifully designed hotel grounds with green area and pool. I arrived long before check in time to do a tour at 4am which got canceled. Ali, one of the best hotel staff I've ever met, made sure I got comfortable as quickly as possible into my Queen Suite which was breathtaking! A room inside a cave? Omg, it was amazing, huge, with a bathroom truly fit for a queen with shower, jacuzzi, and get this, it's own sauna! The hotel also provide a tasty breakfast and assistance with organizing tours (at reasonable additional costs). I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave! Best hotel in Cappadocia!"

"The Ottoman Cave Hotel's rock-faced rooms exude an ancient charm. Niches carved into the stone walls hold embroidered lanterns, and the bedding carries the scent of plants and trees. The stone floor is cool, yet not freezing. Morning mist drifts across the terrace, and in the distance, the spire of a mosque pierces the veil. The honey for breakfast is thick, sweetened by the wheat pancakes, and crisply tart by the wild berry jam. For the night, the rock face envelops the silence, with only the sound of the wind sweeping through the cracks. Fall asleep to the scent of the stars and moon, and wake to the gifts of the mountains—a quaint and soothing experience. The hot air balloon experience in Cappadocia is the highlight of this trip. Before dawn, we drive to the takeoff point and watch the crew inflate the giant balloon. The roar of the jet of flame evokes anticipation. The moment we lift off, the morning mist swirls beneath our feet, and the ravines and rock pillars resemble sleeping giants. As the sun rises, the earth gradually bathes in golden red and orange, and the shadows within the folds of the ravines slowly fade. Floating in the air for an hour, it felt like being suspended in the clouds overlooking a fairy tale. The champagne celebration upon landing added a layer of sweetness to the shock, making it unforgettable."

"The overall layout is very Instagram-esque, making it perfect for photo ops, and the front desk staff was also very friendly. There are a few downsides: the breakfast variety isn't very diverse; the room soundproofing isn't great. Living in Room 201, footsteps were loud whenever someone walked up or down the stairs, and there were also people chatting on the sofas near the entrance. The bathroom was incredibly hot and humid after showering, and lacked ventilation. There are several decorated terraces, and you can see plenty of hot air balloons, but the photos aren't particularly good because the backlit shots are very dark, and the large number of buildings in the foreground detracts from the overall picture quality. While wandering around Goreme, I realized that after struggling for so long to choose a hotel, they were all actually very close together."

"The heating and cave design is great, although the bathroom was a bit small and there were no chairs in the room. When we arrived we called a number to ask where the receptionist was, and had to wait over 30 minutes before someone came. The owners are very kind and hospitable, breakfast is home-made."

"The hotel is located in the center of Goreme town. Parking is convenient at the door. It is a five-minute walk to eat and shop. The handsome guy at the front desk who arrived at night was always online and helped to carry the suitcase to the room. The hotel has many floors, and the rooms on each floor do not disturb each other. There are tables and chairs at the door for viewing and rest. Breakfast is on the top floor, the scenery is great, the breakfast is super rich, and I eat a lot every day. They also fry eggs according to the guests' taste. The traditional Turkish breakfast is great! The hotel card can book various activities, and can also help to book the airport minibus. When checking out, a special dessert is also given as a gift.
