乾淨整潔，走廊裏有加熱飲水機，沒有電梯。前台小姐姐中英都會，衹能用翻譯軟件溝通。酒店就在口岸對面，衹需步行1分鐘。體力好的可步行至凱旋門、列寧廣場、地質博物館。用百度導航沒問題。唯一缺點酒店沒餐廳，衹有隔壁壽司店。每晚樓下鐵道上都有汪汪隊打羣架。

衞生，價格低，近口岸，稍顯偏僻，沒有提早入住服務，餐飲就一個壽司店，晚上喝啤酒還可以，床跟20年前的一樣小，腰不好的慎入

服務真的很好，距口岸衹有50米隔着一條鐵路。加早餐一個人650盧布味道很好就是量少了點，服務小姐姐真的非常耐心，房間也很舒服。

房間還行，因為價錢不貴，以這個價錢而言是超預期的。就是雙床房有點小，我一個人訂的時候沒有大床了。另外就是酒店一共就三層，沒電梯，行李很重的話慎重選擇。位置很好，坐氣墊船過關走100多米就到了。

過了海關就是，通過窗户能看到對岸黑河市。衹有三層，沒電梯！刷信用卡不行，但大廳有個櫃員機可以取現金。衹有兩個單人間。雙人間4650盧布。

前台服務員很耐心，用翻譯軟件交流沒問題。房間面積大設施新，和國內一樣提供一次性用品，送了礦泉水。在口岸旁邊，離市區打車200rub左右，性價比不錯。
